Water pressure in showers were not as expected. Even we asked management, it seems Cape Town has issue with water pressure. Taking showers with less water pressure / flow was challenge, in one of the bedrooms

Excellent location . Excellent provision of amenities - nice touches - water , milk and wine in the fridge. Chris met us and talked us through the apartment and also dropped back when I inadvertently locked the safe without the pass code. I liked the door locks that allowed you to open the sliding doors a fraction but lock the doors with a safe opening. Waterfront and complex security excellent - we walked back after dinner at around 22:00 without concern. Close and easy walking to the waterfront . Chris is an excellent host

Water pressure could be better - there is a 'steal phenomena' - opening one shower will completely negate flow in the other shower. Even opening one shower does not help with water flow.

Location was great and host very attentive

The central air conditioning was very weak or needed attention The bedrooms had no fans or individual ventilation which made it uncomfortable to sleep even though it was relatively cool for our stay We imagine with hot weather it would be extremely uncomfortable we did try to ventilate with the patio door but that brought many mosquitos The shower pressure was also not great in either shower
