Very nice place to attendnthe conference at CTICC

Nice and large appartment, good for two, clean and modern furniture. De Waterkant is a nice district and it is in walking distance to the CTICC.

Contact with host only by messsaging, concierge staff will support the checkin. No water provided in the room.

Besides the hick up it’s centrally located as we wanted to stay near the DHL Stadium.

Very neat and nicely decorated

Check in was tedious and it’s a struggle to get security deposit refunded. The previous tenants had cooked an egg in the kettle and that’s how we found it when we wanted to make coffee.

Super enjoyable and spacious!

The overall experience was very good. The apartment was modern, clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were exceptional and kitchen was well kitted out. Would definitely book this 2 bedroom unit again.

It was really uncomfortable and unpleasant

The agent firstly took us to the wrong floor. Which was the 4th floor and this actually annoyed me. Secondly the apartment smelled off when we walked in, had to immediately open the door. The fleece blanket in the room had an odour. The dinning table was wobbly. The heater didn’t work and it was cold , the aircon wasn’t working either. To be honest I was not happy with the apartment at all at all. I expected way better than what I arrived to. I’m extremely disappointed. The apartment let out to me resembled nothing from the pictures online.

It would have been much more convenient having two keys rather than one as sometimes my partner's itinerary and mine were different so getting into the apartment sometimes was difficult with just one key. Other than that, loved my stay/experience here.

Not a reliable stay.

Good facilities

Check in was delayed to 4pm. My partner was ill , the manager refused to allow us to check in until the late afternoon. They refused to prioritise cleaning and insisted that cleaning the apartment takes a full 6 hours. I requested early check in from 8am. When I checked out, the cleaning lady said she only requires 2 hours to clean. Very noisy at night (feels like you’re staying on Long Street) and robbery overhead early morning on my day of check out. None of the following provided; no basic food supplies (olive oil, salt, pepper) no dishcloth / washing supplies no dishwashing tablets no coffee pods no bin bags no daily cleaning Will not stay again. The property is managed by a company which issue generic messages that begin with "we're sorry" and "unfortunately". They cannot deliver. They are incapable of helping and are not results driven. I called their call centre and spoke to 5 different agents about the same query. They will probably respond to this review with a "we're sorry about your experience". Before check-in they require preliminary info but the online survey they use does not record/save the result which leads to a client reissuing the request over and over. It was very exhausting and not an easy going experience.

Location was great and apartment comfortable and well equipped.

The people at The Signature were not really aware of the booking. As we were already staying there in another apartment it would have been easier to have a person on site with whom we could interact. Also the terrace is quite small and it can get quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. The curtains were too short in the living room and there was a smell in the apartment which may have been smoking.

No Breakfast. Location is not bad but a little noisy at night.

Air conditioning in the rooms. The description says the apartment has AirCon, but the bedrooms do not have AC’s. Apartment is very hot in summer and if you sleep with sliding door or windows open then the noise from outside becomes a problem.
