Old Cape Quarter - Cape 8 Collection

Lovely property. Close to everything. The balcony was wonderful. They also had snacks, tea & coffee & other nice touches in the apartment.

This self catering unit is beautifully decorated and equiped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The host, Belinda, was exceptional. The information she sent made the check-in process an easy one. She also responded to queries immediately and resolved requests within minutes. The apartment was very well appointed with beautirful cutlery and crockery and lovely linen and towels. We look forward to our next stay at Cape 8 Collection.

We were very happy with the overall experience and can't fault the apartment or the service on anything.

Location, beautifully decorated and Belinda was friendly and helpful

Shelf cupboard not properly supported (only had two pins underneath to hold them up) crashed and fell onto my finger. power point on one side only, created a lot of issues for my partner and I as we both sleep with medical devices It’s winter and two light (chenille) throws were the only blankets provided WiFi didn’t work properly from the bedroom, we both had meetings so wasn’t much choice one of us had to work from there. It was challenging and exhausting needing to repeat myself as calls kept freezing or dropping out The worst part: we were asked for the car reg which we provided but it didnt work once. Forced to take tags for entry which then was more admin for us to return because nobody was around at checkout If 5 star hotel prices are charged then the experience should match. This was not worth the stress and being cold at night. It looked so beautiful on the pics but sadly the experience and nearly losing a finger changed thr entire experience
