Stylish apartment in excellent location

The apartment is spacious, great location close to all of the V&A waterfront shopping, dining and activities. Daily cleaning was included , too!

everything great and in a very safe and secure area. Terrace we had was to the backside with a bit of late afternoon sun. But at the pool deck there is a great view over the harbor. There is a coffee shop under the pool deck - with some very good light meals and very friendly staff. hosts very quick and responsive

lot of construction work going around the harbor there was quite some noise during daytime when at pool deck of flats facing the harbor. - however nothing that Atlantic Marina has any influence on - so that is what it is.

Secure, well maintained great facilities

Exceptionally secure, easy access to time out marketplace and V&A, waterfront, apartments are well-equipped, and feels like home

Nothing. We booked two apartments not realising how enormous the complex is. We were in the B block while our family was in the K block, it’s not close together so you can’t pop in and out of each other’s rooms. The only thing I would recommend is ensuring the blocks close to each other. If you’re booking for multiple families, Booking.com doesn’t specify this. Wasn’t an issue, but did separate the families.

Exceptional apartment in the best location… fantastic

The location was amazing… fantastic views over the marina and so close to walk to the V& A waterfront. The apartment itself and the complex it is on was exceptional… beautifully clean and well equipped and so spacious … the real wow factor. Staff so helpful and secure underground parking. Couldn’t have asked for more .

Nice view and location

Leaking shower door. Tap in the kitchen was spraying water all over,but that I fixed myself. Front door to the apartment was difficult to close. It needs to be adjusted. A lot of building noise above us,about which we were not informed when making the booking.

Fantastic location very close to the V&A for restaurants and trips. Beautiful view of the Marina. Beds so comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and great cafe on site.

The bathrooms were a little tired and look to have had some water damage. This didn’t affect our stay at all and the lounge, bedrooms and kitchen were very high spec.

Spoiled by noise.

Convenient parking and access. Good size lounge and terrace.

Noise! It was very close to an active, and noisy dockyard. So the lovely terrace was unusable during the day. The apartment a few floors below was under renovation, and will be for months. This meant pneumatic hammer noise in the apartment during the day. Just to finish it off, the gardeners came round with strimmers and a lawn mower! Shutting all the doors shut out the dockyard and gardening noise. But the pneumatic hammers could not be blocked out. I think we should have been warned about the renovations and offered an alternative.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment. Checking in was a little slow but very thorough. Even though I’d check in online beforehand…. Apartment was lovely and clean. Very spacious. There are various units and so you may not get the exact view you see online. Ours was overlooking the water but not the boats. Fine for us. Quiet. Very nice. Host was very attentive.

Washing machine wasn’t working when we arrived. Not sure for how long before that….. was a problem for us and we were travelling light, 6 people and 3 weeks…. We really needed the machine! They did kindly offer to get the community laundry service to do our laundry but personal preference we don’t like that. Just us. Would have been fine for others.

Fantastic!

The apartment we rented was sensational ! Just a few minutes walk to the V and A waterfront, large bathroom and kitchen with nice open lounge room facing a good sized deck looking onto the waterfront . Parking was easy with a dedicated space and lift up to the apartment . I only wish we’d stayed longer , 3 nights was not enough .

Great harbour views and very safe, handy location.

Loved this apartment. It had everything we needed and more. We hired a car from the airport and were provided directions. Great views of the harbour and table mountain. We felt very safe and security were very friendly. Very easy to take a quick stroll to the nearby restaurants and bars. Also easy to catch ubers from here. The host was lovely, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. The 3rd bedroom did not have an ensuite rather used a separate bathroom/toilet but that was okay. There is a cafe overlooking the canal that is attached to the gym which is great to grab a meal/snack, coffee etc or can takeaway. The cafe supports the deaf community by providing employment.

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything you need and the beds are nice and comfortable. It was great that it has heating to keep us warm on a winters night.

The water leaks under the door in both of the showers especially in the bathroom that the second bedroom uses.

We loved our stay in Cape Town and Atlantic Marina was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend!!

Atlantic Marina was the perfect location and felt very safe. The view from our apartment was beautiful right on the canal. The apartment was very clean and the complex is very well run.

Both hairdryers in the apartment did not work but I did discover on the last day that it was the plug in the bathroom that did not work. The shower in the main bedroom ensuite was a bit random and annoying as it is just a handheld shower and very low on the wall to stand underneath. Bed linen and pillows could do with an upgrade.

The location and the views were incredible

It was not maintained well. There were many broken things in the apartment. The elevator did not work for the duration of the trip and I had an 80 year old lady with me which made the trip very uncomfortable. I brought it up with management and all they could say was they are so sorry but nothing can be done about the situation.
