Well located and very clean
Noisy neighbours coming in late night an security not asking guests to quite down a bit.
No trolley to take luggage to unit, had to walk a few times.

We were disappointed that we had to wait almost an hour before we were met to hand over the keys even though we had agreed an arrival time.
However the property was well located for the city and the waterfront .
Whilst we were there , the fire alarm was sounded at approximately 0330hrs. It was obviously a false alarm as it went off again shortly afterwards. It made me realise that there were no evacuation procedures to be seen inside the property, other than a notice stating not to use the lifts in case of a fire. Maybe this can be improved by the property management .

Great location. I could take walks to Waterfront
They don’t change bedding and don’t clean the rooms. That’s horrible give the price we paid.
