Amazing canal views with secure parking

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly

In the main bedroom - the ceiling had very bad water damage in certain spots. Also in the main bathroom, the bathroom door did not close properly due to water damage. Blinds didn't close properly - letting light in at night which was really annoying. In the guest bedroom, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and my guest complained about a sore back. Overall - the blinds / window coverings were in TERRIBLE condition - they really need to look at replacing/upgrading to something more durable for ease of use. Also - no plugs for the sink... ? Made it hard to wash dishes. The cutting board & kitchen knives were really, really bad. I had to buy new ones to use while we were there.

The views were amazing

The staff was not on time with the keys for check in. The tv box kept on malfunctioning.

The property was in a good condition. Beautiful view, free wifi. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom, we had iron for our clothes. Dishes and glasses. Two mirrors. And the apartment was very spacious. Its a beautiful apartment.

We ran out of water the day of departure, we couldn't even bath. And the swimming pool is just behind the reception, we were not comfortable to use it.

The windows were dirty and the blinds were faulty
