Great location, safe .. walk to the waterfront is about 800m.
Some maintenance needed . The basin in room 104 drained very slowly The aircon in the main room is pretty weak The tap in bedroom 2 doesnt stay up Sliding door from lounge is super heavy and cant lock

Smooth process.
The property needed some attention. There were broken slide doors and the bathroom vents made a very loud noise. We had to call maintenance to stuff towels in the vents to muffle the sound.
