The property is a walking distance to Victoria and Alfred waterfront, it is safe, rooms are spacious.

The housekeeper they don’t clean properly they just do some touch ups and leave, no refills of water in the fridge, after 5 days you have to remind them to change the linen. No extra blankets in the bedrooms cupboard. No refill of washing pods if used.

Exceptional in every regard!

Simply put - everything! Location. Property itself - beautiful, bright, modern, spacious. Stayed heading into Winter and was fabulous. Over summer it would be hard to beat, other than perhaps for the strong winds that whip against the bedrooms at night. But that could happen anywhere. Overall it was as close to a perfect place for a family getaway as one could hope for

There was nothing we didn’t like, per se. Just potential for a few easy and logical “fixes” that would add convenience. The bathrooms don’t have towel rails or hooks, which seems like an obvious oversight for such a high-end, immaculate property. Low-hanging fruit. We found the lighting in the living area to be quite dull. From the architecture it’s easy to understand why it could be tricky to install more ceiling lights, however, there should then be some floor-standing lamps, particularly in the dining area.

Fabulous time with friends!

Fabulous stay! The location and the ammenities were exactly what we wanted. We could walk to the waterfront and enjoy the shopping and the restaurants! The apartments were modern and beautiful with an awesome view!

It would have been nice to be able to use the blow dryer/curling iron in the bathroom with the right electrical outlet.

it was tricky to find the actual property, as it’s in a closed estate and the driveway goes all the way to the end and down into a Parkade and the reception is in the Parkade area. All good once you actually know where to go.

We could not fault this property. It’s in a beautiful location close to the Waterfront and within easy reach of all amenities. The swimming pools were easy to find and my daughter made full use of these every morning. The property came fully equipped with everything you would need including Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher Coffee machine. You name it and it was there.

We enjoyed everything about the property, from the colour scheme, the space and the high ceilings. What is to be checked from time to time is the little details like the lamps bulbs that were not in good working order. I can say that the stay was perfect!

No room service and the whole entertainment system doesn’t work I phoned asking for fresh towels and cleaning but nobody responded

It took about an hour at the reception for me to receive the keys.. the reception is located away from the hotel.. the girls are overwhelmed and overworked
