Hi it was all very easy, however I did not get the property address until I asked for it. The person meeting us did not give us the apartment block and so our uber driver booked another trip. We thought we were dropping off at the reception where we were picking keys. It all worked well in the end the host was really good and drove us in her car which meant moving the bags etc. In future inform the guests in advance. As there are international guests arriving for the first time.
The bed mattress was too soft and dipped on the sides. You need to look into this please and change

Spacious and clean in a great location
Just the slight noise of the aircon and tv wouldn’t work in bedroom. Otherwise all fantastic
