The location is great, just a few minutes walk or drive to V&A. There’s a Woolworths and other restaurants just a few steps from the location. The views from the balcony are very good. The place was also very clean.
The check in process could be made much easier as waiting by reception for security to confirm for more than 30 minutes is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

The system for meeting & checking in / checking out was unorganized and a bit delayed. The apartment could be cleaned better especially the balcony.

Nice view and perfect location, very safe, and they had parking options inside. Well equipped and very comfortable feeling at all. Quick response from the host to our request via WhatsAPP. All together, it was a pleasant time for us.
There were some smaller issues, like the mounting of the shower wall, a missing seal at the plug for the bathtub, and a broken lid for the bin, which keeps them often open if you are not very careful. For me, if i go luxury, this must be checked upfront and fixed in the same day. All together it was perfect, and the host responded quickly to get it sorted the next day. Thanks

Location! Close to Waterfront, Seapoint and Greenpoint with its restaurants, promenade and shops. Modern apartment well fitted out with washing machine, dryer etc. 24 hr reception/security was great and responded well when we asked for help in asking a neighbour to turn down their music at 2am.
Lack of information. While we could have messaged the host to ask, we would have liked more info in the flat on things like when/if the apartment would be cleaned, what we needed to do with rubbish etc. Just another page in the booklet on these basics would help.
Maintenance. Some minor issues that the owner should fix. For example, the bedside table was loose in the wall and sloped downwards making it impossible to put a glass or cup on it. There was a broken light bulb in the ceiling of the bedroom; and the central air circulation and aircon in the bedroom probably needs a filter clean...we left with stuffy noses... maybe due to the aircon and maybe not...
Noise. Apartments are built around a central open area so noise travels easily from floor to floor. While I realise the owner cannot control for the noise created by others, it is wise for light sleepers to take along some war plugs.
The main question is "would we stay here again?", and I think we would. Its not cheap but it is well located and with a few tweaks, the owner could make this a great stay.

Excellent location with easy access to everything in the area. The unit was spacious, modern, and very clean, making it comfortable for both short and longer stays. The building itself is well maintained and feels secure, and this particular unit was well positioned within the property.

The location was the only thing that met expectations for me. It is close to stores and other tourist attractions
The name of the place has Luxury so one would expect "Luxury" to extend to cleanliness. The first thing that I found after putting bags in the room was pieces of human hair on the floor. The worst was finding one inside the fridge. In addition the curtain in the bedroom fails to block corridor light from entering into the room. I struggled to fall asleep because of this light every night and if I woke up at night it took long time to get back to sleep. There were other alternatives which cost less in the vicinity which would have been better options

The guy at the reception was our highlight! He is so helpful and super friendly. Fantastic location in Green Point.
I would recommend to consider the car lift if you drive a big vehicle like a bakkie. The parking space is quite tight.

It hasn’t been cleaned. The dustbin had not been wiped, the shower had previous tenants hair on the floor, the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, huge amounts of dust collecting under bed, all over bedroom floor. the bathroom mirror hadnt been wiped, the soap was half used.
