The location was the only thing that met expectations for me. It is close to stores and other tourist attractions

The name of the place has Luxury so one would expect "Luxury" to extend to cleanliness. The first thing that I found after putting bags in the room was pieces of human hair on the floor. The worst was finding one inside the fridge. In addition the curtain in the bedroom fails to block corridor light from entering into the room. I struggled to fall asleep because of this light every night and if I woke up at night it took long time to get back to sleep. There were other alternatives which cost less in the vicinity which would have been better options

Fresh roses, Aura air freshener, clean linen, cupboard space, lots of space and attention to decor, dry rack for wet towels. Building safety, on site parking. Location was brilliant!

The guy at the reception was our highlight! He is so helpful and super friendly. Fantastic location in Green Point.

I would recommend to consider the car lift if you drive a big vehicle like a bakkie. The parking space is quite tight.

Good location but very disappointed in the cleanliness of it and upkeep. Defiantly would not reccomend or return.

It hasn’t been cleaned. The dustbin had not been wiped, the shower had previous tenants hair on the floor, the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, huge amounts of dust collecting under bed, all over bedroom floor. the bathroom mirror hadnt been wiped, the soap was half used.

Flat was not properly cleaned. Dustbin was full of trash when we arrived and dirty linen left in the cupboard. Linen was substandard, towels supplied were extremely small to use and in a poor state Flat serviced at an additional cost which was not advised on Booking.com Basic amenities not supplied, toilet paper being one roll for 5 days! Fish moths in every cupboard and bathroom, a big problem for clothing Management did not respond to my queries Flat needs a deep clean TV supplied without channels for SA Would recommend to anyone

Had a 4 star hotel feel, rooms were spectacurlarly done, very comfortable and high end appliances.

Location is very central to V&A and restaurants and next to Main Rd. Don't expect a view as its an upmarket area.Very quiet,very face, very very comfortable beds and perfectly clean.

A pleasant, secure and peaceful stay

A beautiful and compact place that is conveniently located and provides easy access to most places.

The car lift manoeuvre space on the -2 level is too small, maybe it is for bigger cars. it would be difficult to leave the building in a car in an emergency situation especially with the cars parked right infront of the lift.
