Location and upkeep of the apartment is very good. Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed for 5 days and were very comfortable.
Heater could have been more effective. Security deposit process can be improved.

Reception - non existend. The Apartment needs TLC. Cupboards, shower doors, curtains, not 3 star.

good location
lacked general upkeep, there were no curtains in the main bedroom that could be seen from the road. the towels given were stained purple. just a general lack of proper maintenance as well as deep cleaning of the carpets and sofas.
