Location and upkeep of the apartment is very good. Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed for 5 days and were very comfortable.
Heater could have been more effective. Security deposit process can be improved.

Shower does not work well - mixer is not getting the heat correct - either too cold or boiling hot no in between Air con is not working well - cannot warm up the rooms Apartment Value does not match the fervency of managers efforts in obtaining security deposits before check in - and there is no cleaning for high priced apartment
