Amazing location. Responsive staff. The apartment was clean and catered to our needs
Power units ran out one morning at 5am and they only got reloaded at 9am however we couldn’t wait that long so we ended up topping up on our own because we had a little one. Other than that, stay really was great

Greenpoint is always so central I find. My check-in was seamless. I enjoyed the one bedroom apartment. Although no views it was perfect. Comfortable and had absolutely everything I needed! Tastefully decorated too.
A temporary issue as I overlooked the large and extremely noisy building site. Fortunately I was hardly in the room so it didn’t really have too much of a negative impact on me.
Collapsed shelf in one of the cupboards that can easily be fixed and there was unfortunately no adapter to the hairdryer.

Location was good …close to cbd and waterfront
Cleaning of rooms are only complimentary for the first day . Host failed to inform us that cleaning of rooms are additional charges from day 2 onwards .
Guest have to therefore read the “fine print” in the welcome brochure to be informed of this .
Bathrooms are a bit dated …some tiles untidy and broken , main bathroom door did not latch closed from the outside .
Fridge had an unpleasant odour.
Prices do not include breakfast .
