We enjoyed the stay and the proximity to the CT Waterfront.

Very friendly reception and entrance staff. Host (Primrose) was professional and helpfull.

The units (we stayed in two as the first one developed power issues) require some TLC. Bathroom fixtures, lampshades and kitchen kickboards loose.

Overall, very nice property and good location.

The room is spacious and nice and well equipped.

One of the door to the balcony not tightly shut so there is some cool air coming in. There is a construction sight next to the building which creates noise and dust during the day.

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I decided to revisit after almost a decade, hoping for a pleasant surprise — but unfortunately, the only surprise was how far the standards have dropped. On arrival, I was “welcomed” by an extremely unfriendly staff member who looked more annoyed than accommodating. No greeting, no assistance with luggage — just a clear sense that I was interrupting his day. The shower dripped endlessly, even after being told the tap “wasn’t closed properly.” His attempted fix didn’t help — it dripped all night long. And the towels? Let’s just say “used” would be an understatement — pink stains and hair included. 🫣 Tried contacting the manager or letting agent, but got no response. For a property that’s not exactly cheap, the experience was shockingly poor. Definitely not worth even a night’s stay.

We have stayed in 2 other flats in the building this one was really bad compared to the other two.

When we arrived the flat was not clean. We did report it and they came to clean the next day. The aircon did not work. It was so hot but we could not turn it down especially in the upstairs bedroom. The plugs next to the beds are behind the fitted headboards. There are no 2 pin plugs in the rooms so you need to bring an adapter. Overall dissapointing.

Beautiful building and apartment, very convenient and safe with the underground parking and security services. The apartment has everything one needs. We stayed there in winter and it was warm and cosy. Nice food spots in walking distance as well as the Woolworths and the Waterfront.

Excellent accommodation, host was a bit hard to get ahold of

All things considered, this was a great hotel. Good location, rooms and common area were fantastic. AC worked perfectly and it was very comfortable.

Only issue was that there was a leak in the bathroom and it took a little while to get ahold of the host to get someone to repair it. Ended up spending some time making sure there were towels and buckets down to make sure the leak didn't get worse.

I don’t even know where to start. Dreadful smell. The flat was not cleaned properly. The dishwasher leaked dark brown water all over the kitchen floor. Washing machine didn’t work. The final Straw was the red panties left on the globe of a bedside night. Appalling. But the attitude of the owner was the worst thing ! She did not speak to me at all but left it to the housekeeper who tried her hardest but was not authorised to make a decision. They offered to refund 50% of the stay. I await the refund. I would never stay in this building and definitely not with this operator

The location is convenient

Our view was a construction site and we paid extra for that room without knowing. Construction started between 6:30 and 7 in the morning and the noise was disturbing and unbearable. The access number of the gate to the parking also did not work and we had to consistently walk around the building / street to get security to open. This happened for 3 days and on the last day the building manager was extremely rude ,as if we were the inconvenience asking for a favour.

Everything about this apartment was perfect from the location the decor and ammenities. Suitably location near the V&A and tourist attractions. Uber is very reasonable & safe. There are also good restaurants & coffee places near the apartments.

The location was excellent. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The furniture in the apartment did not meet the standards of the apartment. The property is listed as Cape Royale Luxury Apartments and the price is quite high. However, the furniture in the apartment seems to have all been purchased at DecoFurn. Some of the kitchen cupboards were hanging skew.

A pleasant stay, but not overwhelmed.

Modern, spacious facility with all the necessary amenities. In close proximity to the city and beaches. Doorman was very friendly.

Elevator took very long to arrive to our floor every time. Painters and other construction workers were annoying right through our stay. Our parking lot was in the open air and sun. Rooftop area not very neat. Service at the reception desk not very good.
