This spacious and stylish home is just steps across the road from the beach, offering you the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.
With its bright, airy interiors, the house is designed for relaxation, featuring an open-plan living area, a braai room and lounge with stacker doors, and large windows that flood the space with natural light, and chic, modern furnishings throughout.
The space
This house is a 4 bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the 4th bedroom is downstairs.
The 4th bedroom is a self contained flatlet with a wet room which is wheel chair friendly.
There is a lounge with a TV and a kitchenette.
There is an automated double garage that guests can park in and space for another 3/4 cars in the driveway.
The kitchen is open plan to the lounge.
The lounge has two 3-seater couches and 2 single chairs with a wood fire place.
There is an indoor braai room with stacker doors.
There is a rumpus/TV room that has a bathroom, TV and plenty of seating.
The large veranda has seating for 8 guests.
The veranda and indoor braai room has an anti-slip layer on the tiles.
The pool is equipped with 4 sun loungers.

* This house is wheel chair friendly.
* We have a spacious bedroom downstairs with an en-suite wet room.
This part of the house has its own lounge and TV and a kitchenette with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine.
