The good and quick response i got from a James and to any issue.

We loved the place because we were their the first time. Just disappointed as to how the house looked than the last time we were their. Bedding did not smell nice at all. We had put our bedding on. First bottom toilet was dirty. There was hardly crocerky to use than last time. The cupboard where the glasses are in had a weird smell, so what we did is re-washed all the dishes before using it.Even the large oven bowl wasn't there. Pool was dirty . Staff had a attitude which was bot nice at all. But we still recommended other family members . Thanks Anyway

Great family or friends vacation spot!

The neighbourhood was peaceful. The house inside was spacious with lots of natural light. I love the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, this was great to keep conversation flowing. Superb view from the outside deck and pool area. The highlight was the heated pool, even though we went in winter, we were in the pool all day.

My stay in the property was amazing 10/10

the place is very clean and exceptionally beautiful . There is everything you would need thought i would need extra things but there was everything. Was worried that there is no fire place because there weather wasn’t so friendly to my surprise there electric heaters in the rooms and the house is warm and the heated swimming pool was a bonus. Oooh the area so so quite. I would definitely spend my weekend there again. And host although I didn’t see him was very friendly over the phone willing to answer all my questions

Beautiful Location - no heated pool

The location is beautiful and tranquil. The facilities in the four-bedroom house are all very comfortable and modern. The view is spectacular.

On arrival, there was no host to welcome us and the keys were handed over by the cleaning ladies. Upon arrival, I asked Harris (Garden Maintenance Guy) why the pool was ice cold and he reverted me to ask the cleaning ladies who had no idea how heated pools worked. They then left after giving the keys I emailed the contact provided by Booking.com to advise the pool was not heating on Friday. Who gave me the contact number of the House Manager. Friday late afternoon the pool team came out. After they left the pool was still not heating. No explanation or reasoning. My disappointment is that no "house manager" or any one of the property was there when we arrived besides the cleaning team that was in the process of completing their cleaning tasks. There is no local contact number provided to the guest should they have any questions, I had to call an international line. There are no notifications of the zone in which load shedding will occur and we had to ask someone passing by the road which load shedding zone we were in, in order to navigate the app we use. To our surprise, we had baboons visit in the yard taking out the garbage bags that were in the back of the yard. This information would be valuable for guests to know beforehand.

Beautiful view, warm pool, safe property, bathrooms were on point, very clean house, spacious house.....my friends and I really liked the place 👌🏾😍

The driveway gate, gave us a little bit of a problem.... It was not opening fully without you giving it support by pushing.... We thought something was stuck but no.
