Well located for the V&A and short walk to get hop on hop off bus the staff were so friendly and helpful with great advice on where to go and best way to get there
I honestly say there nothing negative to say my relatives had been a couple of times prior to us great reccommend and only 25 minutes easy drive from cape town airport oops forgot to mention breakfasts yummy

It was very warm and cosy. As a frequent traveller I look for the basics of cleanliness and comfortable bed, which black heath lodge certainly provided. What I valued most was feeling welcomed. Sean, Simon made us feel very comfortable and at home. Chatting with us and listening to us. Reanu is a gem, he knows Cape Town and suggested the right things to do in the limited time we had. He suggested a customised tour to our interests.

Location is good. Bed sheets are clean.
It is definitely not 4 star hotel. Room is very small, shower is narrow and the floor has a bowl shape that is a bit slippery, there is a lot of furniture in the room that blocks any narrow corridor. It doesn’t look generally well maintained. Despite it looks fine in the pictures. Sun always makes things betters. I believe it is overpriced!
