It is my third stay at this property. Some of the things that make it stand out is that it is an intimate environment. Staff is consistently friendly helpful and supportive. The location is great, the lounge is a big feature. You can sit visit and enjoy a spot by the fire.
That i can't get back there more often.

This hotel is wonderful. The front desk staff, including housekeeping and the breakfast staff, were so friendly and helpful. The room was large, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The lobby / lounge area was very cozy, and we loved the daily cakes. And the location was great -on a hilly side street walking distance from the main drag of Sea Point. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is good. Bed sheets are clean.
It is definitely not 4 star hotel. Room is very small, shower is narrow and the floor has a bowl shape that is a bit slippery, there is a lot of furniture in the room that blocks any narrow corridor. It doesn’t look generally well maintained. Despite it looks fine in the pictures. Sun always makes things betters. I believe it is overpriced!
