Balcony door is very difficult to close. Can be easily fixed.

Just a suggestion; allow your guest to change the door lock pin/password to a code of their choice. I was locked out for a while as my phone died and the long pin for the door was sent to me on WhatsApp so I could not access it.

The accommodation itself was great / clean.
The access was the most irritating thing. The door lock was useless and to try get code from the staff was difficult.
One of the 3 cell numbers only one person could help us. But the code was once off so everytime we left we had to get new codes. Very inconvenient especially when they don’t answer calls
