TEN on V - Fluent Serviced Apartments

Clean ,My friend and I were the first guests to occupy the room everything was new and clean

1.Location is not easy to find it is behind in hidden passage there are NO signs from the Main Street that's point the direction of the hotel I had to call reception for them to fetch you. 2.There was a smoking alarm on our 3rd night it on the 4th floor it went on for 4 hrs apparently they said it was the wind that led to an open door 3.Price shown on booking.com is not the same price you are charged I was charged R1000 extra was told it's for cleaning service which our room was only cleaned once in that 4 nights.

As a single lady travelling, the first thing I appreciated was how safe and secure the building and apartment is. The strict visiting rules truly benefit the people who actually paid to stay here. Mr D made getting food and a few essentials super easy. The apartment is EXACTLY like the pics and the view of Signal Hill was lovely to wake up to each day. While I was disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned on the second day as I was told it would be (housekeeping is every 2 days), I am glad that nothing went missing from my room while I spent most of my time out exploring the city. I requested for my room to be as 'girl vibey' as possible. They made sure I had a full length mirror, lovely scented candles, a brand new hair dryer and the most adorable fluffy pink blanket! Overall, my stay was lovely.

It is in a great location, it’s apartments are new and latest and it is neat.

The construction noise of the room I was given was very loud. To top it all off the bathroom window was right infront of construction, I felt like they did not do much to help cause I asked them and they said the won’t be any issues which was not the case and them resolving it honestly was not efficient I ended up leaving earlier.
