Visitors have full use of the upstairs section of the house including swimming pool and use of a garage. There are steps from the garages to the house, and steps to get to the top story of the house. There are two separate apartments downstairs so the garden and pool area is shared. Each apartment and the house have its own access.

Fresh linen is provided once a week, the house is serviced twice per week or more frequently on request. There is full cable TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, fibre internet, security with 24 hour armed response, private and wind sheltered newly renovated swimming pool, indigenous landscaped garden, BBQ and weber, sundowner deck with outstanding views in a wind sheltered position, one bedroom with queen bed with sea views en suite (walk in shower with sea views), second bedroom with queen bed, and third sleeping area on the loft comprising queen bed, there is also a study on the loft with sea views, second bathroom with walk in shower, full kitchen, gas hob, oven, solar power to supplement electricity (Wifi, alarm, pool pump, garage doors, fridge and all lights are solar powered) in the event of load shedding so unaffacted, and an extensive library.
