About this house rental

House layout: Access is on the ground (garden) level or in the basement from a double lock-up garage.
Level 1:
Open plan kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, two bedrooms (one with TV) en-suite with ceiling fans, laundry, sauna, indoor swimming pool. Outside patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, rice maker, blender and microwave. There is a Nespresso mashine.
The garden patio has a wood barbeque (braai) and Webber.
Level 2:
Lounge leading onto the ocean-facing balcony, guest bathroom, kitchenette, main bedroom en-suite (shower). The main bedroom has a north-facing balcony and air conditioner.
The kitchenette offers an oven, hob, integrated coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice maker and filtered water. There is a wood burning barbecue and gas grill.

We came to Cape Town for a week after a week in Limpompo. We had an amazing stay in Hout Bay! The house was in a beautiful, safe community. Fiona was very welcoming and helpful. We had a few issues with the electrical, and she solved them immediately so we could continue on with our stay. When we eventually come back to South Africa, we plan on booking with them again!!

We had a wonderful stay and the home is spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal for beach access as well as closer proximity to restaurants and supermarkets and the indoor plunge pool is very refreshing on warmer days. The infrared sauna is a nice touch although we didn’t use it. Th appliances are high end although the stove took a little getting used to.
On the negative side the paint work especially in the kitchen could do with a refresh to conceal collected dust in the ornate woodwork and a deep clean might help.
Fiona was a wonderful hostess and responded rapidly to any questions we had.

The place was so nice and clean! It’s amazing to have 4 bathrooms and we felt very safe. Amor left us some nice gifts and food, she is so sweet. Beautiful location and place. We definitely recommend!
