Very neat and clean. Everything you need is there. Feels like home.

The house was spotless and had everything and more (except for a washer and dryer). The pool and garden were gorgeous, the property was safe and the kitchen was fab.

The only thing missing was a washer and dryer which the owners said they are planning on installing.

- Incredible location and a very safe residential neighbourhood - On a hill so there is a slope to walk up if mobility is an issue but we were fine and you can always take a taxi to the front door - Lovely outdoor area with a mix of grass, pool, and BBQ facilities - The villa was spotlessly clean! - The bathrooms are enormous and again thoughtfully appointed with fresh towels, tissues, room mist, bug spray etc - The TV's all have Netflix/Amazon and satellite etc - Super secure security doors/shutters and plenty of sets of keys for everyone in the party to have their own - WIFI was fast and reliable - Air Con is only in bedrooms which was fine for us but you need the doors to be open in the main living room to avoid the heat. Make sure you secure the doors as instructed. The wind in Cape Town can be strong and we are glad we followed the instructions. - Easy to order UBER eats and we even got a tour guide to pick us up from the villa one day - The host provided EVERYTHING you can imagine in terms of kitchen equipment. Every conceivable pot, pan, and dish. Even spices for your cooking, clingfilm, foil, and every type of glassware imaginable - Given the size of the villa it would be good to know if more sun loungers are available. We were fine as a couple but if we had guests with us then there were only 2 sun loungers laid out by the pool - An iron is provided but not an ironing board. Granted, there is an ironing mat but it is difficult to manage certain garments and after a 12 hour flight you really need an ironing board for certain items. - It is worth noting that a permanent tenant lives in the attached annexe which is handy if you need anything (he's available via WhatsApp) and was very helpful with checking in and out.
