The balcony

The staff is very jealous people if your having too much fun or have a women stay over night they might do stuff as in turning off wifi for you or taking a long time letting you back in the hotel. Its like a kindergarden not even the rooms look the same from online vs in person

They was busy installing new closet and it was a lot of noise. Do it when there are no people or during the week not weekends.

I was very unhappy that there was no porter to take my luggage to the taxi and the receptionist on duty didn't offer any assistance. I had to struggle with 2 boxes at the same time.with nobody to help.

Central location

No signage outside. But this lodge is easy to spot if you follow these: * The lodge's building is just in front of the Waldorf Arcade building's entrance at Burg Street (pictured) * Look for the pink-gated blue door (pictured); use the doorbell for the receptionist to let you in * Once you are inside the building, use the stairs for the 2nd floor, where the lodge is

Its Ok

I loved the location

The rooms was directly opposite the reception area and by the lounge/kitchen, so you hear everything they say and when they door bell rings, you hear it clearly. They have a policy to not be noisy, yet there is no silence which allows you not to rest, as they were loud. Upon playing music on the TV in my room to cancel out their noise, I have been told to be more quiet YET they were talking very loud. The room is small. The toilet uncomfortable and the facebasin is right next to it.

When I approached the reception to discuss my concerns, the interaction escalated into a dispute due to their lack of honesty about the facility’s standards. I must emphasize that I cannot recommend this venue to any Booking.com clients. My experience led me to believe that this establishment operates more like a criminal enterprise than a legitimate accommodation option. The room’s ceiling is dropped such that a 1.8m (height) in person can’t move nicely you’ll have to drop your head. No kitchen is available either in your room or a dedicated area. No parking

Very disappointed

The balcony only and the inside of the place was nice and bright

I didn't like where it was situated ....it's was creepy and hidden away. And the place is very small the bed was okay but there was a very bright light around our bed that couldn't be switched off ...we had to put our towels and clothes around it to make it dark ....the walls was very thin aswell could hear our neighbours and visa versa .....there was no kitchen or glasses. Was very disappointing
