At least the house was good.

Location was good.

The fact that there is a strict no noise policy from 10pm onwards. Seeing the high rental it's just not acceptable to ask people to be quiet from that early and to expect people to be indoors when the all point of a house is to be able to make the most of the wonderful weather of Cape Town.
