Fantastic memoirs

The location was great. From the photos I thought the pool belonged to the property. I was disappointed to learn that it belonged to another property.

The couch was not comfortable need to be fixed. The bed was noisy during the night private session. This can be disturbing even for neighbors. We found the food not resonating with South African cuisines, not entirely accomodative of local tours. No meal without meat can be enjoyable. However we enjoyed ourselves.

Majesic views of Camps Bay, Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Twelve Apostles, and with a jacuzzi that is prepared daily for your enjoyment in the evening. Huge balcony for enjoying the outdoors. Beautiful bathroom. Although self catering, the complimentary bottle of wine and fruits and yoghurt were a thoughtful gesture to ease me into my stay without rushing to buy the basics. located on a quiet street away from the busy Camps Bay main road. Easy access to alternative exit routes. Apartments have access to the main hotel facilities and entertainment.

No lifts to take your luggage to the top floor, which was a challenge to get to. Luckily the receptionist assisted on my arrival, but I had to exit the penthouse with all the luggage on my own on day of departure. The couch in the main living room needs an upgrade

Very disappointed. Only stayed one night instead of 2. Oven and dishwasher wasn't working.

Oven didn't work, dishwasher didn't drain. No dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets when we arrived. Only stayed one night and was promised a refund, but no further communication received.

There’s no elevator. We were on the third floor and as a disabled veteran, I was not going to be able to do that multiple times a day. They state it is in the description. However, it must be hidden. The dishes were not clean. No key to one of the sliding doors, so we felt unsafe.

Amazing stay

The process was easy

Cigarette smell when we arrived. The next morning we left for activities when we came back, house keeping came and when we returned to the apartment it smelled of cigarette. Could not figure out if the housekeepers smoked inside the room or came inside immediately after smoking. For cigarette sensitive person like us, we struggled with that but other than that. This accommodation was the best choice :-)

Beautiful location and so central. The views were incredible. Easy walking distance to Camps Bay restaurants and promenade.

Apartment needs some TLC. Torn couch, stained and bleached base covers, threadbare bath mats, stained carpet, broken light switch, non working ice machine etc. Early checkin and late check out were not possible. Manager and staff are not as attentive and responsive as one would expect from a luxury stay.

Location was ideal. Views were amazing and rooms were comfortable.

Sadly 2 pairs of my 11 year old niece’s shoes went missing. When we asked the cleaning staff , they miraculously appeared the following day. My brother had a few designer T shirts that went missing which we only discovered on the day we were leaving. The manager apologised and advised that this matter would be investigated.

From the moment we arrived at Lions Eye Luxury Apartments, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us to a breathtakingly beautiful apartment with a stunning deck overlooking the sea. I had a special request—I wanted to propose to my partner, Melanie, and asked Ismail and Falicity if they could help arrange something memorable. They went above and beyond, setting up a romantic table on the deck facing the sunset. Falicity kindly held onto the engagement ring for me and handed it to me just before the big moment, while Ismail captured everything on video. The sunset, the setting, and their support made it absolutely perfect. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to the entire team. You created a moment that Melanie and I will treasure forever. Lions Eye was the most perfect place for such a special occasion, and we will absolutely be returning to celebrate again in the future. Thank you for making our memory unforgettable.

Property was lovely and so much better than we expected! Cleaners were brilliant, approachable and extremely friendly! Security made us feel safe and always greeted us when leaving and arriving:) The apartment was well fitted with loads of useful appliances and looked very clean/modern inside.

There was a few small things that did not function correctly: - Dishwasher didn’t work and kept coming up with a fault - The door to the apartment would not lock from the outside and we had to take the key scanner apart when locking up from the outside - The heated towel rail and heated floor in the bathroom did not work
