Our stay at One on Haughton

Solomon was so friendly and helpful. Always easy to contact with quick responses. Good location, just a 10 min walk into Camps Bay where there's a lovely beach and tidal pool. Lots of restaurants and bars. House keeping by Solomon was done every day and areas tidied and cleaned. The pool in the villa was lovely. You could hear and see the sea from the villa with partial views. The area felt safe to walk around.

The villa utility area needs some maintenance and smelt bit musty. Some parts of the villa need a lick of paint. The bbq was very rusty and needed good clean. The T.V was missing from kitchen but it was later put back by Solomon. The inside of the oven had a pool of grease on the bottom. We didn't realise on booking that the 3rd floor of the villa was also rented out by the owner. There were a couple of nights where the noise from the 3rd floor woke us up.

Camp Bay

Fantastic house with 5 en suite bedrooms. Plenty of space. Location and views brilliant. Wonderfully looked after by Soloman, who magically cleans and tidies up!! Be aware of the local wind, it roars around the house and makes sleeping in bedroom 1 difficult!

A very luxurious stay in a perfect location in Cape Town.

The house was amazing. All the bed rooms were huge and so comfortable and the views of the Ocean and Lion’s head mountain were breathtaking. The pool was so cute and used every day. Parking available for 3 cars, one in the garage and 2 on street. We were walking distance from the strip of camps bay for all the restaurants and beach. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Mary lives near by and cleaned up the house for us during the day. She was so friendly and so accommodating and really made our stay so seamless and enjoyable!

Just some minor faults which are easily fixable. There was a fault in the alarm upstairs and the sensor alarm kept going off upstairs during the day and night which interrupted sleep for one of the bedrooms. The front door was very stiff and we found it hard to open and close. We also only got one key which was awkward to manage with a bigger group.

The house is beautiful, clean, excellent views, calming environment and lovely location near to the Camps Bay strip. Solomon was so helpful in every way. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be back again soon. Couldn’t be happier!

I liked the fact that it was spacious airy and comfortable. Very nice for our family for the weekend.

Did not like that the pool was not heated and it was right outside the lounge so not very kid friendly. We had to run after the little one all the time for fear of him falling into the pool.

Het huis, het zwembad, het uitzicht en de faciliteiten waren geweldig! Maar de eigenaar mag zijn handen dichtknijpen met Solomon!! Wat een topper van een man! Als we vragen hadden of hulp nodig hadden, stond hij binnen een minuut paraat. Bedankt voor alles, Solomon!

We kunnen niets verzinnen wat er tegen viel. De bedden waren perfect maar zelfs die zijn sinds vandaag allemaal vervangen.

Die Aussicht ist grandios! Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnten wir nur einen Tag das schöne Haus geniessen. Die Lage zum Strand und den Restaurant ist gut und sicher in Gehdistanz zu erreichen 👌.

Prachtig huis op een ideale ligging in Camps

Prachtig groot huis op een prima locatie in Camps Bay. Ideaal voor grote gezinnen of een groep vrienden zoals wij. Prachtige grote kamers met badkamer. Uitgebreide huisraad om zelf te koken. Elke dag kwamen ze poetsen en bedden opmaken. Vanop het terras heb een een heerlijk zicht en kan je genieten van een spectaculaire zonsondergang.

Niets, ideaal verblijf. Tip: niet allemaal op hetzelfde moment douchen, anders heeft de laatste koud water.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, super Service und sehr sicher. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus welches durch die 2 Etagen sehr weitläufig ist. Die beiden großenSchlafzimmer sind ein Traum. Wenn man wie wir mit Freunden unterwegs ist kann man sich aufgrund der Größe entspannt auch mal aus dem Weg gehen, da es 2 Wohnbereiche gibt. Die große Terrasse und der Aussenpool sind nicht einsehbar. Auch der Reinigungsservice durch Solomon ist ein tolles Plus, da das Haus während des Aufenthalts von ihm immer sauber gehalten wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
