We had a truly wonderful stay at The 11 Camps Bay. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome from our host, Carol Ann, who made us feel completely at home. Her hospitality, kindness, and attention throughout our stay were exceptional.
The house itself is absolutely beautiful spotlessly clean, stylish, spacious, and very well maintained. We especially loved the tasteful artwork throughout the property, which gives the home so much character and elegance.
The highlight, however, has to be the breathtaking views. Waking up to the magnificent mountains on one side and the incredible Atlantic Ocean on the other was simply unforgettable. The scenery is even more impressive in person and creates such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The 11 Camps Bay is a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, location, and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you again to Carol Ann for making our stay so memorable.
We would highly recommend 11 Camps Bay to anyone visiting Cape Town, and we would definitely love to stay here again. A truly beautiful home with unforgettable views 10/10!

Everything!! Carol-Ann was a fantastic host and made sure we felt welcome. She got in touch even before we arrived and was there to help us settle in with so many goodies in place upon our arrival- snacks, wine, fruits. She also put fresh flowers in each room! The villa was quite exquisite with a beautiful piano and lovely art decor and fully furnished. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The design is modern and stylish, with high-end equipment and luxurious finishes throughout. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to others.
We enjoyed every moment — nothing to fault.

Everything was perfekt ! We all experienced comfort of the highest quality. The location, quality, design, deco, high end equipment and friendly staff.
I would have loved the pool to be heated, but it was still possible to swim for some of us.
