August Stay

The location is perfect, as was the actual villa itself. Jared and his amazing staff looked after us very well indeed and were always on hand if we needed them day or night. Jared also recommended a chef that can come in and cook for you, Nazeem is a wizard in the kitchen so why not spoil yourself further and hire him 😉

It was a short business trip for my colleagues to hold some brainstorming meetings out of the office

Host met us at the property and was really helpful in showing us around the property. Everything was ready, easily accessible. Great location and permanent staff which heled with cleaning was very friendly.

Amazing villa with amazing views and amazing people to look after your needs.

Have just returned after nine fabulous nights staying at #blueemeraldvilla with thirteen of us celebrating a 30th birthday. Prior to arriving, Jared couldn’t do enough for me. He helped organise the cake, balloons and all the surprises I had planned for the birthday party and went above and beyond, picking up the cake and items needed. He even did a huge food and beverage shop on my behalf which was ready & waiting for us when we arrived. The villa was very clean with everything we needed and Tanaka and team looked after us extremely well ensuring the villa and rooms were clean & tidy every day. The daily laundry service was very useful. The in-house salon for massages and nails with Tanaka was well used by all. On Jared’s recommendation we hired in a chef and Naz and his team catered for us during the week with breakfast everyday then lunches and dinners fitting around our schedules. The food was amazing and we couldn’t fault the quality, quantity and presentation. The villa is very spacious with lots of different social areas and spaces to relax. We were 13 adults and had plenty of room to not feel on top of one and other. The views from the 4 upstairs bedrooms are breathtaking. These bedrooms are spacious and the beds sooooo comfortable. Two smaller bedrooms are on the ground floor with equally comfy beds and the 7th room was downstairs with direct access to the garden. The villa is very conveniently located near to Camps Bay and only an Uber ride away to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain etc… For longer journeys we hired Malick who was excellent and also recommended by Jared. All in all a fabulous time and we were all very sad to leave. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for large groups!

Blue Emerald Villa in Camps Bay was perfect for our large family! The spacious layout, stunning ocean and mountain views, and relaxing outdoor areas made our stay unforgettable. The location was ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and private. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend for a large family getaway!

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Jared was so accommodating, allowing us to do things at the 23 Geneva The house is huge with plenty of space for the tiny ones(play area in the Garden), teenagers and grown up alike- everyone really gets their own space. The views and sunset from the top deck are sensational not to mention you can see the cable car going up to table mountain. There is a bar and pool table which makes for a great entertaining spot. We had Nazeem(Private Chef recommended by Jared) cooking up storm which made having meals for the group super easy and the food was delicious every night. The house also has a large driveway so multiple cars can park as well. There is a sauna for those that like a bit of r and r as well as table tennis downstairs. The rooms are large with alot of them having a seaview. The cleaners come in daily and did a fantastic job cleaning up after us. I highly recommend 23 Geneva and Jared is just great making everything super easy and efficient. Thank you for making our family fun a truly awesome experience

4Oth stay!

A very comfortable home which exceeded our expectations. Jared was on hand to provide additional information and services to make our stay very comfortable. The Villa has ample space which we utilised for group dinners and gatherings. A home away from home. We will be booking again for our next visit to Cape Town.

Perfect for families and friendship groups staying in Cape Town.

It was a great location with stunning views and an easy walk down to the beach and a supermarket. The owner communicated really well and there were staff that came in every day to clean and even washed all our dirty camping clothes for us! The property also had a pool table and table tennis to keep the kids entertained.

We were a family group of different ages, coming together from various parts of the world. The villa was perfect for us! The pool table, table tennis and swimming pool were all well used and there was plenty of quiet, comfortable spaces for those just wanting to chill with a book. Good day Your email and my numerous interactions with the host refer. Amongst unfounded allegations made against me, not only was I undermined and talked over, I am still awaiting the damages report with costs for the alleged damages caused at their property as the damage was there when I checked in. It goes without saying that the host promised me a refund for the one night that I didn't not spend at his property. I stayed away from his rude insults hurled at me for which I have witnessed that effect, putting my travelers on the streets, let alone racial insults hurled at me. Not only is he denying the things he said, he is also denying having said I must send him my account details for a refund. Not only am I a professional, I am a genius member of booking.com because I am well travelled. I would like to be refunded my money for the one night I did not spend at his property urgently. AWESOME!!! My family and I were in awe of the accommodations and we would stay again!!!

The property was just as It was depicted online and even more. Jared was very helpful not only from information about the surrounding area but he was also great at offering a personal chef for us. The house was just as pictured and I would highly recommend this property for location, presentation and the wonderful amenities.

The only issue was workers with early morning yard work but Jared quickly took care of it as soon as I contacted him.
