Excellent location with exceptional views

Amazing location that represents great value for money given the area it is in. The property very comfortably housed our large group. The only other properties that we found that were comparable in size and price, we quite far from Cape Town center. This location was superb, very convenient with exceptional views.

There are elements of the property that are a little dated and some cosmetic maintenance needed but that not dampen our stay in anyway, we loved staying here.

Memorable and amazing

The house is well maintained and clean. The location is really perfect and they have good security. Every single bedroom has a bath and toilet. Rooms are spacious and the house has a homey look & feel and has all the home necessity to make your stay extra comfortable.

Beautiful location in Camps Bay. walking distance to the beach and restaurants. big property with enough space for a family trip.

It was advertised as having wifi and air conditioning - both of which weren’t true. The wifi was a pay as you go system which wasn’t optimal for the many of us who remote work. The connection was intermittent and didn’t work at the bottom level of the house at all. We raised this with the rental agency and it was eventually repaired (on the second last day of our stay)but still didn’t work. There was no air conditioning at all- they did bring fans to supplement for this but definitely misleading. There are two fridges in the kitchen but the main big fridge didn’t work which means we had to store groceries for 13 people in one small fridge. Some of the gas plates didn’t work on the stove and the TV in the main bedroom needed fixing. While some of these issues were rectified after us bringing it to the rental agency’s attention, I believe that these things should be under ongoing maintenance given the exorbitant price one pays to stay here.

All agent blame to other agent no one thy to accept the responsibility or to guest feelings only worry about business I did not recommend to deal with this agent or company bcoz on booking .com thy is nothing written that u have to do verification or anything but after booking and pay money thy will tell you to do verification online upload your ID and Selfie please don't west time and money with this people try something else thy is lot more nice options. Thanks

House was ok but not clean and was smailing bed we I did complain agent did not care and he just send someone to come and clean wen my kids and family was around on top thy only after so many complain and phone calls thy only offer me 15% discount by increasing price for my extended day .

Excellent space for large families

The location is excellent and it’s very central to most amenities. It has a very good family feel about it, the place needs an upgrade though in terms of ambiance. It is very old Victorian style.

Very spacious villa with beautiful views.

Exceptionally clean and spacious villa with a great location and beautiful views. As a group of 10 we had ample space to ourselves with all bedrooms being a good size and a bathroom in each room. Communal areas also gave us plenty of space to relax, socialise, cook and eat together. The villa is well maintained and we were looked after brilliantly by the lovely Rose who came most days. Easy to get into camps bay about a 15 min walk downhill, a couple of mins by uber and about 10 min taxi into the centre of cape town / v&a waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely stay again!
