The apartment is superbly located in a safe and secure area within easy walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and all that the area has to offer. It is beautifully presented and maintained, and is extremely comfortable being equipped with everything that we could have wished for during our one week stay. The welcoming gifts, including nibbles, freshly baked bread and refreshments, and thoughtful provision of basic food and fridge items really got our stay off to a great start. The attention to detail with everything to do with the apartment and location was exceptional and added to the pleasure of our stay. Thank you Melanie for providing such warm hospitality for our visit to CapeTown, with a special thanks to Ammaarah who looked after our every need. We could not rate the property or our stay in it any higher.

We had the most incredible stay at Marina 107. From the moment we arrived, the host was exceptionally friendly, warm, and accommodating, truly going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning and impeccably clean, but what really stood out was how beautifully personalized everything felt. We were welcomed with fresh bread on the table, delicate macarons, a fully stocked fridge with essentials, flowers throughout the space, and even Lindt chocolates; such thoughtful touches that made the stay feel incredibly special and homely. It felt less like a rental and more like being welcomed into a beautifully curated home. To top it all off, we were gifted a gorgeous Cape Town keepsake to take home, which was such a meaningful and memorable gesture. My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time enjoying the apartment itself. This will most definitely be our home away from home in Cape Town going forward. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The location is fabulous. The staff, Melanie kept us fully informed & prepared an Ammaarah was just the best letting us in & informing us of everything. The apartment is very well equipped. I need to learn how to use the oven but that is on me.

Not much the only 4 out 5 is value for money, & really that is more no one wants to pay more than necessary. Having stayed at another room with friends in another building this far exceeds that one. So really it is closer to 5/5 vs 4/5. One point is lack of plugs in bathroom to use a hairdryer or straightener. But this is builder related as the other building had the same issue. There was a hairdryer just had to sit on end of bed.
