Aquene Bay

Xoli was an angel. The space is gorgeous and comfortable with great waterfront views. Spacious living and dining area. Very safe and secure. Covered parking on the busiest street.

The check in process of this place was annoying. After booking with booking.com and paying so much, you still have to go through an entire separate process which forces you to pay either a huge damage deposit or a damage waiver which is still a big added cost. Completely ruins the experience and ease of using booking.com ontop if being misleading on what you're going to end up paying for your stay overall. You communicate with a chatbot when talking to Nox, never with your actual Nox host. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived plus no dishwasher tablets. Second rooms bathroom is very tiny and awkward, even for small people. Second room also very small compared to the main room. Using the oven as a microwave was not convenient.. Extractor fan above stove doesnt work.

Great Location and the apartment was secure and safe with detailed instructions. Daily cleaner and excellent amenities. The apartment is exactly the way as described and very comfortable for our short stay near the V & A Waterfront (approx 15 mins walk away or an cheap $4AUD uber away!).

It would be handy to have a dryer but the airer did the job!
