Great location for a very comfortable stay in green point c

Stylish, central, comfortable

This accommodation is ideally located within walking distance of everything, while still being situated on a peaceful side street. The space is modern, newly renovated, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cape Town.

Great place to stay for short-term travels

- Good location in Green point - New building, everything is modern - Room looks exactly like on pictures - Friendly hosting company, they allowed me to check out 2 hours later

- Overall I would not recommend for a long business stay as all the basic services need to be booked separately (eg cleaning need to be booked separately including change of bedsheets etc and not done daily, coffee capsules are not replenished - you have to go and look for them etc.). You can book the same room 3 times during 10 day period - you will get cleaning and new coffee capsules 3 times but if you book it for 10 days you won't get any of that which is counterintuitive - Check-in is a bit bumpy (you need to provide your biometrics in advance otherwise you will have to wait if you don't have internet), I tried calling the host but no one picked up on the phone provided by booking.com - Sometimes it would take more than 5 hours (I guess because of busy-season) - There was a washing machine on the pictures of the room, in reality it was missing. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to go and look for a dry cleaning. (I hope host can remove it from pictures as it's misleading)

Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Echt schade bei der Ausstattung und Lage.

Top Lage

Sauberkeit. Polster Sofa sehr dreckig. Keine Steckdosen im Bad. In einem Bad ging das Licht nicht. Viele Mail und kontroverse Aussagen von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern die offensichtlich nicht miteinander kommunizieren. Der Pool ist ein Witz und eher ein Tauchbecken. Ab 08:00 morgens ist die Nacht spätestens vorbei. Kindergarten direkt gegenüber. Keine Klimaanlage.
