Welcoming friendly hosts, clean and comfortable room

Chosen purely for location - 30 seconds walk from our sons flat. Really handy for travel in all directions - bus stop right outside, airport within 5 minutes walk, train station only a bus ride or 10 minute walk away. Despite being close to the airport the apartment is still really quiet. Loved the kitchen area with the bikes / motorbikes / Ferrari displays. Breakfast was help yourself and plenty of choice to be had. Host was welcoming, allowed us early room access and room was cleaned to a great standard daily. Decent supermarket within 5 minutes walk

We only used as a sleeping base, but if we'd been longer term room occupiers then perhaps a bit more choice on the number of TV channels available would be nice.

A wonderful character property, only 10 minutes walk from Pisa Airport.

This is a characterful gem - an old farmhouse hidden away in a residential area of Pisa, and only a 10 minute walk from the airport. The lounge/dining area is very well-equipped, with a microwave and an honesty minibar for guest use. The owner has some lovely classic cars and a huge collection of model Ferraris! There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk away, and several pizzerie nearby. My room and bedroom were large, clean and comfortable..

Ideal property next to airport

Excellent cosy guest house located about seven minutes' walk from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. There is a small bar with an honesty box for drinks throughout the day. Breakfast is included in the price, but we left too early for this. I will stay here again.

Make sure you let them know what time you are arriving, as the desk isn't always manned and you would need to 'phone before booking in.

Perfect B&B for an airport stopover both arriving and departing.

The breakfast was lovely as was the rustic breakfast room. We enjoyed the chance to use this room in the evening to eat our own food which we purchased in a local supermarket. Cleaning up after ourselves was easy and plenty of recycling containers were available. It has a lovely garden area to sit and relax and it's not far to walk into the centre of Pisa, regular buses also stop nearby. Great location for the airport with decent check in and out times. Would definitely use again, maybe for a longer stay than just for the airport.

Great location near the airport for an early flight but also easy enough to get bus to Centrale for onward walk to Leaning Tower. Nice garden. Breakfast included was great value.

Great location close to the airport, which was very convenient for our trip. The room was fine for a short, practical stay.

Breakfast was simple, but OK. Due to a flight delay we arrived after midnight and had to pay a late check-in surcharge.

A good place to stay if you want to be close the airport

The rustic room was big and the bathroom fresh. It took awhile for the aircon to cool the room down, but it had been a very hot day, the ceiling was high with a lot of air to "replace" and once the temp was down it kept it that way without too much noise. The location is perfect if you have an early flight the next morning. The airport is just a short walk away - no need to call a cab if you can carry or role your luggage. Despite the proximity I can't recall being disturbed by any airplanes (maybe the airport close early). Slept like a log so I guess the bed was good. For an Italian breakfast it was quite good. Coffee and pastry as usual, but also fruits, juice, "real" bread and yogurt.

Unclear understanding/information about the check-in. Did not arrive late but in the evening when no one was at the property. Called and someone came swiftly to let us in, which we really appreciated. Not sure who to blame, ourselves, booking.com or the B&B. Probably a mix. We didn't really explore the neighborhood, but I suspect there ain't much to do around here except "sleeping" (although we did find a quite good Pizzeria).

A surprising little oasis in the vicinity of Pisa airport

The airport is just few minutes from the B&B and very easy to find (but the B&B is surprisingly quiet despite the vicinity to the airport). The accommodation was the very large “barn style” room in the garden with even an outside private seating area. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed hanging around the common breakfast area with his books, paintings, car & bikes collections….and reading about the history of the place. Overall “Corte di Stelio” is an excellent place and very handy for catching early flights! Highly recommended!

On that morning, breakfast could have had a bit more choice of fresh fruits and savoury options but that’s the only thing I can say….everything else was very good indeed!

A quirky friendly place and if you need something close to the airport this is your place

We had a late flight into Pisa Airport and needed a B&B for the night before picking up our hire car the next morning. The B&B was about a 12-minute walk from the airport and easy to find. The receptionist was very helpful and showed us to our spacious, air-conditioned room. Even though it was late, he kindly offered us a drink, and we enjoyed two beers in the garden at just €2.50 each — great value. Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of a self-service buffet, which was convenient and satisfying. Overall, it was a very good experience: the location is excellent (very close to the airport), the area felt safe, and it offered great value for money.

Quirky and lovely stay with a homely feel.

Superbly located for the airport early flight. Car parking was easy and secure. Beautiful garden. Lovely owner and staff who were welcoming and Simone clearly loves his work. Lovely place to sit out and partake of the wine offered in the honesty bar in the breakfast room. We found a pizzeria relatively close by that was recommended by a local girl. Next time we stay we will ask for a room with a window as it felt a bit claustrophobic in the room we were in. But it served its purpose. I loved the story of the history of the b and b and also the cherished and much loved collections of the owner. Thank you so much.

Welcoming , safe and beautiful

Location was walking distance to the airport and hire car place. The, staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful and felt very safe . Private off street parking was included. Overall it was perfect. I was with my family but i would have felt very safe by myself .

A little oasis

Great location. It was close enough to the airport to be able to walk to it. The bus stop outside was handy for getting in to the centre to see the sights of Pisa and there were a couple of eateries nearby for the evening. It had a very pleasant garden for sitting out and even had some children's toys. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had good air conditioning. It offers secure car parking near by. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was continental style and there was great variety of choice.

It was a perfect place for our 4 days stay in Toscany. I truely recommend it.

Breakfast was very good. We could choose an Italian or a continental breakfast. Coffee was delicious! Maybe only eggs were missing :) The host was very helpful, and there were no issues with booking an extra night due to the flight being moved.

Rustic Italian charm close to the airport

The location was excellent for our early morning flight as it’s a 10 minute walk to the airport. It has a rustic Italian charm and the rooms are spacious. Powerful shower which is always a must.

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room but we didn’t need it when we were there. The door key is very heavy due to the key ring which is hard to carry it round in your pocket.

Much more than expected!

Everything was perfect, breakfast was fabulous, easy walking distance to the airport, and only slightly farther to the train station L. The breakfast area is cheerful and interesting, decorated with lots of paintings, antiques, and collectibles. The staff were very gracious and welcoming. I booked with only a convenient overnight stay in mind, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I will come back!

Nothing to dislike. Be aware that there are no cafes or restaurants in the immediate area, but you can get a bus into the city or walk to the train station to get a cab if you want to go farther.

The location near the airport was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and were available for when we were checking in late in the day. We enjoy the courtyard in the evening. It' was a very pleasant stay.
