Perfect location for early morning flight. Airport is 3 min walk, although you don't hear the planes at all. Huge room, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom with hot water :)
More fresh offerings at breakfast would have been nice

It was unbelievable that such a rural type b and b was to be found so close to the airport. It felt like we should be in a rural Tuscan village. The garden was lovely and relaxing and I wish I’d had more time to spend in it. Room was large and bathroom spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast served in a lovely environment - very interesting art work and artefacts. I was only stopping overnight after a late flight but would definitely stay longer if was going to explore Pisa. Perfect for travelling from the airport - only 5-10 minute walk.

Walking distance of the airport and places to eat.
There was a step up to the bedroom and the step was not highlighted or illuminated so I stepped into the dark corridor and missed the step.
