The proximity to the airport and the cleanliness. The host sent a video beforehand which was very useful when arriving.

It was difficult to actually find it from the airport as google maps wanted me to go over the flyover and said 15 minutes walk, but the host had said 4 minutes walk so I thought there must be another way. I ended up having to go through a busy car park, and to a busy road to try and cross it, with a young child and a suitcase it was tricky and felt dangerous, eventually going under a flyover where I did find the property. That was a very quick way admittedly but like I said not straightforward. Unless I’ve missed something obvious. Also be careful when entering the gate. It pushes inwards and it was very dark when we arrived, there were no lights near the gate (I saw it was broken) and so when I pushed the gate and walked forward I tripped over the step that I didn’t know was there, smacking my knee and hand on the path. They bruised badly. Shining a torch I could see that there was hazard tape on the step to warn people but in the dark I couldn’t see it, if the light had not been broken then yes maybe.

Location to airport and ease of check in process.

Very close to airport , 6 minutes walk . Dropped the hire car off the night before we flew home. There are some restaurants and take-aways near by . The owner contact was excellent . Lorenzo sent me a video and directions . Also sent taxi numbers , restaurant info etc .

Lots of noise from the room above but that’s not the fault of the property . Funny smell from drains ( again it might be an Italy thing ) kept bathroom door shut .
