Fab little place with self service breakfast, lovely helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Perfect for an early flight as only 10-15 mins walk to the airport.

Everything was good - top tip perhaps to do up the outdoor space as it was a great sheltered place to enjoy a drink in the sunshine or breakfast.

Communication about check in was very straightforward, lovely offer to make a cup of tea etc or glass of wine on arrival. Nice breakfast room.

Our room faced the road and despite double glazing traffic noise was constant. Complimentary ear plugs did help a bit.

Daniele was a great host who was proactive communicating with us (and very quick to respond to any messages). He provided details for self check in but also arrived shortly afterwards to greet us personally. He had already sent us information about a local festival which we would have been unaware of otherwise. The local tourist map in our room was also very helpful. The property (which only has 3 bedrooms) was spotlessly clean, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The aircon was very effective and our room was lovely and cool when we arrived on a very hot day (much appreciated). Breakfast was set up as self service so that guests can eat any time, even when having to leave early.

As mentioned by a few other guests, some traffic noise could be heard quite early in the morning but ear plugs had been provided. This wouldn't stop me staying here again.

the property was nice, well refurbished, located very near to the airport, clean, had AC inside, it was quite good. the coffee machine was available all the time. the property had parking which was very convenient.

Our room was located on the ground floor, and it was very noisy, the sound of cars was amplificated by the narrow street, we had to close the window with the roller shutter, but it made the room sealed and we were left without oxigen. was impossible to sleep there.
