-Lage nahe zum KIT Campus Nord, zudem recht zentrale Lage in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen -qualitativ gutes Frühstück, sehr ansprechend eingerichteter Frühstücksraum -gratis Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft -unkomplizierter Checkin -freundliches Personal -sehr edles Restaurant -toller Zimmerservice

-Zimmerausstattung teilweise veraltet -W-Lan hatte phasenweise schlechtes Signal (Zimmer 20) -wenig abwechslungsreiches Frühstück -sehr hellhörige Fenster - Preis/Leistungsverhältnis könnte etwas besser sein

Schönes modernes Landhaus-Design mit See-Feeling (Anker)

Es ist ein großes Zimmer mit schönem modernen Landhaus-Design. Das Zimmer war nicht im Hauptgebäude. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man konnte im schön dekorierten Innenhof frühstücken.

Im Zimmer roch es ein bißchen nach Moder. Entweder ist der Keller feucht oder die Abluftanlage vom Bad läuft nicht richtig.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gute Lage, zentral und nachts ruhig. Nähe zur Stadt und viel Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer Großveranstaltung in der Region Karlsruhe waren wir froh, kurzfristig überhaupt eine erschwingliche Unterkunft für 4 Personen zu bekommen in der Ferienzeit.

Das Waschbecken in unserem Zimmer war sehr klein, für eine Nacht absolut ok, um eine Woche zu bleiben aber umständlich. Ich vermute aber, dass das steuerbar ist seitens der Planung der Zimmervergabe und Dauer des Aufenthaltes.

Werk aan de winkel voor de eigenaar om de standaard te verhogen waardoor prijs rechtvaardig is.

Er was een rolluik op de kamer.

Eigenlijk alles. Vrij duur slecht ontbijt duur avond eten maar wel oke eten. Slechte hygiëne op de kamer stof overal vooral onder bed slechte kussen kleine matige badkamer. Veel verkeer en drukte voor de ingang.
