Facilities were very nice and the staff were very kind, the best part was the thought they put into knowing we were traveling with our small dogs, and they provided pet beds and dishes for them.

Great new hotel in Karlsruhe. The hotel is new and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast and lots of variety and was tasty.

Shower water turns extremely hot every 30-40 seconds so it is impossible to have a relaxing shower.
Beds are way to soft which makes it difficult to sleep well.
