Budget price, big disgust

The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get some rest during our stop on a longer journey.

The carpeting throughout the hotel is dirty and stained, including in the rooms, and there is an unpleasant odour in the hallways. Of the four sockets in our room, two were not working. The shower had mould, and the furniture was dusty. I’ve stayed in several similar budget hotels in Southeast Asia, so I’m not easily disgusted, and given the low price, my expectations were modest. However, what truly grossed me out was finding several stink bugs in the room (I counted 3). I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for this place. I am shocked that something like this can happen in Europe, and in Germany of all places.

Perfect stay for our breakup of the long journey. Basic room & facilities but good value for money and exactly what

Perfect location for our overnight stay enroute from Amsterdam to Austria. Perfect family sized room and sufficient breakfast.

Basic room with one of the single beds broken. Shower needed maintenance and glass door seal not great.

Good location and staff, disappointing room condition.

The staff was good, the facilities were good, and the parking was free.

There was no proper cleaning, the hairdryer was not working, the bathroom smelled like someone was cooking even though the ventilation was on, the carpet wasn’t clean, in the corner of the room near the ceiling there was a big spider that had clearly been living there for a long time, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

Bad administrator

I booked a room with two beds, when I arrived there was only one double bed. They did not refund my money, I had to look for another hotel. The administrator was very arrogant and uncommunicative

A decent hotel, with a wonderful breakfast

Hotel staff very kind and helpful. Location quite easy to reach from the highway, in case (as it was for us) you just need a place to sleep without visiting the city. But the main highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing, rich and tasty: it was so good that we actually used it as breakfast and lunch at the same time :)

Rooms furniture is outdated and could be refurbished/improved. The room (especially the bathroom) could have been a bit cleaner. And it is crazy that in year 2025 a hotel of this level still doesn't have a 24/7 reception: we were told that if we didn't arrive before 22.30, we wouldn't have been able to check in... crazy for a hotel which is mainly for travelers (given the location), what if one has unexpected traffic or delays along the way??

Probably the best staff in Germany! Quiet and personal, great price - we'll be back!

The rooms are not luxurious but for the price they are really great, clean and the shower is excellent. Beds are modern and very comfy. The location is excellent, quiet and without disturbance, you may leave the window open at night. You can always find an e-scooter nearby to go to the city quickly and easily. But the best is the staff: Receptionist is helping with everything, super friendly, you'll feel at home right away with her. Will definitly be back here, best experience in all Germany so far.
