I went here for studies and work.

Its near the center of the workplace so its very convenient.

I arrived on Sunday so it wasn’t cleaned as usual. However after I contact the apartment, they came and cleaned the room.

Nice Appartement but no ability to contact host and bedsheeting not fully clean

Rooms are nice.

No possibility to contact anyone from the property at time of check-in (4pm). Mailbox says the will call back immediately. I have yet to receive my call back till this day. Bedsheet where not fully clean (hairs on sheet).

It's the 3rd time we chose this apartment for my family's stay in Karlsruhe. Great for a short stay!

More than I had expected.

1) The bathroom is very good; clean, no ponding, with water hot enough. 2) The public kitchen is great! So well-equipped and even with washing and drying machines. Helped us a lot. If there are trays for washed utensils, it will be perfect. 3) Our room looks very similar to the picture, spacious and clean.

1) The directions are far from clear. Given that the street labels there are so insufficient and confusing, why don't they draw a map with a few landmarks? That would save a lot of energy from the visitors. 2) I do hope there was a tap and sink inside the room. Then we wouldn't have to go outside the door (and lock it) so frequently. 3) The neighbourhood is rather noisy at night.

Goodonly for one night stand.

There is washing machine and dryer.

Too noisy - people screaming to 4 am, garbage trucks early in the morning, noisy motors and cars all the day and night, fitness opened 24h crunching heavy weights in front of windows. No air conditioning or ventilation, too hot in the summer.

There is no A/C and this can be a problem in the summer as the place can be very noisy day or night when keeping the windows open.

Pleasant

The bathrooms were very well designed and comfortable for such small space. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We got free coffee pads for the coffee machine on the first day.

The appartment named "Titanic" had cold smoke in the curtains. Minor: The free coffee pads were not refilled for the second night, which suggests that there was no cleaning done during the stay.

The bed sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. The location is good for restaurants and going out

The window was broken and the glass pieces taped with masking tape. I traveled with my cats and i informed the hotel about it. I would never give a broken window room to a guest with cat or dog or small children (or to anybody to be honest). I was worried the whole night that the cats hurt themselves playing with the tape. The window is lack of isolation, people talking on the street sound like they sit next to you in bed. The curtains were extremely dirty and full of wholes. I would never stay here again. But for being fair, it is a decent place for party people, the location is good and the bed and bathroom were clean

Excellent location and clean

24h check-in and very easy process. There is a parking on the same street for 15€/day. The facilities were very clean, specially the bathroom.

It is in a central location so it gets a bit noise during the night with the nearby pubs. Maybe bringing earplugs would help.

Location, easy to access, small but functional, price very competitive, access to a common kitchen, with big fridge and cooking tools. Forgot an item, and they shipped everything to me, thanks.

Bathroom is shared with another apartment, it was not clear at a first sight at the reservation. Unfortunately, I got to share with someone that stayed for 45 min in the morning in the bathroom, a bit inconvenient.
