It was clean, comfortable bed
The front desk lady was pretty clueless about everything, seemed like a deficiency in her training
No glasses in the room

I was staying for 1night work trip.
I arrived 6pm and the reception was so friendly guy, he did quick check in its bcuse i had online checkin too.
The location was exactly on the main street, close to restaurant/supermarket.
The hotel was small, but was super clean and nice.
Our room was on the attic i guess,5th floor..
I didnt expect was sooo big and nice.
Room are clean, bathroom also so clean and big.
Easy checkout too, i just drop my card in the mailbox on the reception.
Definitely will stay here again if i visit karlsruhe.

The location is great, self check in is great, the rooms are fairly modern.
I got a very soft mattress which made sleeping comfortably hard. The reception told me that they will see if they can do anything but they didn't replace the mattress during my stay.
