Ok, but wouldn’t stay there again

It was clean, comfortable bed

The front desk lady was pretty clueless about everything, seemed like a deficiency in her training No glasses in the room The lamps and the TV didn’t work.

Very nice hotel

I was staying for 1night work trip. I arrived 6pm and the reception was so friendly guy, he did quick check in its bcuse i had online checkin too. The location was exactly on the main street, close to restaurant/supermarket. The hotel was small, but was super clean and nice. Our room was on the attic i guess,5th floor.. I didnt expect was sooo big and nice. Room are clean, bathroom also so clean and big. Easy checkout too, i just drop my card in the mailbox on the reception. Definitely will stay here again if i visit karlsruhe.

Good location

The location was really good and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and very clean.

We had to wait more than 30 min to get our room although we arrived far after the check in time. Our key was programmed for 1 night only although we booked two nights.

Good for a quick stay

Liked how close it is to the tram station and quite okay for a night stay. The bathroom was clean and a good amount of toiletries were provided.

The rooms were pretty small and could hear noise from other rooms.

It's a fine hotel. I didn't like the bed.

The location is great, self check in is great, the rooms are fairly modern.

I got a very soft mattress which made sleeping comfortably hard. The reception told me that they will see if they can do anything but they didn't replace the mattress during my stay.

One night in Karlsruhe

The room that I booked was really nice. I am glad I got it after a tiny word fight with the reception girl.

The reception girl tried to cheat me giving me a room which was twice smaller than the room I originally booked. Moreover, there was a spoiled food in the fridge and the aircon didnt work properly, so the room was like a finnish sauna.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for both the job I was there for and exploring Karlsruhe.

The Shower needs a bit of maintenance. It would have been nice for Restaurant in the evening on the first night.

The lift didn’t worked for 2 days and they didn’t came to fix. The air conditioning in room didn’t worked and it was a bit warm.

Had a one night stop here- very good value for money. There was an internal terrace where you could sit out.

Something wrong with our shower , water poured like a tap from the top of the shower head.

the first room flooded with water as I showered... I had to switch rooms which was then okay. (no upgrades) some rooms are completely not accessible by the elevators... even the room which are the elevator only goes halfway and one has to climb half a floor on the stair anyway.

Terrible stay

The hotel was near many restaurants. A little close to public transport.

Toilet paper was not replaced everyday. The shower had 2ater leaking out. Soaps were odourless. We're also not replaced regularly. Terrible service.

Managed to prepare my entire presentation just before the meeting.

Small, cosy, clean, quiet hotel - just what I like. Excellent for working before business meeting. Parking space in garage round the corner.

No separate lightning for working desk - either entire room or nothing.

Good location, clean and quiet

The heating didn't work - neither the radiator nor the air conditioner. They did not have my order from Booking.com, luckily there were available rooms. First they gave me a tiny room with single bed without bathroom and only after I prooved that I ordered a big room they moved me to such a room, at 4th floor, without elevator. Stuff's English was not good.
