Not much of anything

Location was terrible, all tram locations within a 15 minute walk are shut down. It's in the middle of a suburban apartment complex. The curtains font cover any windows, including a double glass door which is right outside the bed and bathroom, facing outside to a courtyard of other apartments...no privacy at all. Power went out due a faulty converter (my issue) but I called to restore the power, someone was to call me back or fix it, neither never happened. To check in, you must go downtown, get your key card, then go to the west location where you stay, for a foreign traveler this was near impossible because it's not clearly stated and taxis are non existent outside the city center/main train station.

awful smell from sewage in the apartment. bathroom sink drained poorly. checking process with the machine in the Karlsstrasse was also problematic- - No light in the entryway, so checkin after dark was scary.

I made the booking for a family, and surprisingly there is only one single bed.. now we all have to sleep in this tiny bed.. I really regret this reservation.

This room/apartment could be excellent, but check in routine and the bed makes it average.

Kitchen very good .Only thing missing was an oven, but otherwise everything you need. Bathroom/shower also very good . Parking is a must and should be booked.

The checkin procedure having to go to the other side of the city 3-4 km , and then just a machine. The whole concept is Airbnb. The “dining” table and chairs ment to be used in a bar. The bar table to high except when you are standing. The bed was way to soft. I could feel the pocket springs in my back and i am about 90 kg No information about how to use the remotes for TV and the internet box. You had to figure it out yourself.However the flat TV was of such age that it still had physical buttons which were very useful since the remote didn’t work (i tried new batteries).

The location is very quiet and safe, within easy reach by tram (tram stops within 5-minutes walk). I liked the balcony very much, as well as the kitchen appliances and a table which allowed me to work from home comfortably.

The location is a bit off-centre, so taking a tram was a must. The bed mattress was a bit too soft, while the sofa was too hard to comfortably sit on. The ashtray on the balcony was missing.

Das Zimmer war leider enttäuschend. Das Bett ist sehr klein und in eine Ecke gedrängt, an der Wand befinden sich unschöne Ränder. Das Sofa ist zu klein für zwei Personen und quietscht stark. Der Fernseher ist kein Smart-TV, sodass Streaming nicht möglich ist. Zudem befindet sich die Toilette direkt neben dem Bett, nur durch eine Glastür getrennt – äußerst unpraktisch. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Größe war für 1 Person annehmbar

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht im Bad, worüber ich auch informiert habe. Man wollte die Hausverwaltung informieren. Passiert ist nichts, an sich ein Grund zur Minderung. Am Abreisetag wollte die Putzperle um 9 Uhr bereits putzen entgegen der regulären Check-Out Zeiten. Premium sieht für mich anders aus.

Hätte besser laufen können...

Leider war das teure Parkhaus und das Bad das schönste beim Aufenthalt.

Leider leider kann ich die Bezeichnung "Premium" nicht mal im Ansatz nachvollziehen. Premium würde "wenigstens ein bisschen Perfektion" bedeuten. Eine homöopathische Dosis davon hätte mir anspruchslosem ja gereicht. Check-In ist erstmal ein Stück weiter weg, in der Innenstadt. Das wußte ich allerdings vorab und da ich ein Auto hatte, war das weniger das Problem. Könnte man aber besser lösen. Als ich mein Appartment betrat, ist mir ein übler Geruch in die Nase gestiegen, dass ich fast wieder rückwärts hinausgefallen bin. Das kam wohl aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Hab alles durchgespült und dann ging es halbwegs. Der Wasserkocher hat beim einschalten den FI-Schalter im Sicherungskasten derart stimuliert, wirklich sofort alles abzuschalten. Die Abzugshaube erinnerte geruchstechnisch mich an eine olle Pommesbude. Die Umgebung ist halt ein größeres Wohngebiet. Das dann eine wirklich verwirrte Dame den halben Tag auf der wenig gepflegten und ausgedörrten Rasenfläche vor der offenen Terrasse ein Schauspiel sondergleichen aufführt, muss man anscheinend rechnen. Ich würde gern mal ausprobieren, was die Dame da genommen hat. Neben mir hat sich dann ein Pärchen eingemietet, die es ordentlich rauchen ließen. Meine vorsichtigen und unprofessionellen Schätzungen belaufen sich auf etwa 6 Schachteln Zigaretten. Einige mit Kräutern gefüllt. Dieser Duft konnte meiner Nase unmöglich entkommen und die Wirkung dieser passiven Nasen-Penetration, hat wenigstens dazu geführt, dass ich wieder einigermaßen gut gelaunt war. Gut gelaunt, waren die beiden Herrschaften auch. Lag bestimmt am Alkohol. Oder daran, dass sie die Rauchpausen mit ****** verbracht haben. Laut. Sehr laut! Und ausgiebig. Junge Leut halt... Ich war dann eh eine Weile damit beschäftigt, die Spinnenläufer und Waldschaben im Zimmer zu jagen. Die kleinen Spinnen in den Ecken und den Staub rund ums Bett, hab ich dann auch gleich, tierlieb wie ich bin, waidgerecht dem Universum übergeben. Sonst gings...

Es war Feuchtigkeitgerauch am Anfang und wir haben auch auf TV mit Netflix erwartet. Außerdem haben wir zuerst nicht kapiert, dass die Wohnung befindet sich nicht in derselbe Gebaude. Das muss man deutlicher erlautern.

Schönes Apartment, guter Preis, Top Ausstattung

Ich bin seit 3 Jahren immer in einem der Apartments wenn ich in Karlsruhe bin. Das Apartment ist von der Ausstattung und Größe einfach super. Nochmal danke schön für die kulante Stornierung der doppelten Buchung! Wäre schön, wenn ein bisschen mehr Deko das ganze wärmer machen würde.

Ok kann man Buchen muss man aber nicht

Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, Mikrowelle, Teller, Tassen, Besteck etc.

Check in 4km einfach entfernt an einem Automaten musste 20 Minuten warten da ein Kunde vor mir war. Es kam weder bei Ihm noch bei mir ein Beleg für die Unterkunft raus, da das Papier leer war. Man sollte genau den Namen eingeben wie bei der Buchung falsch, gebucht war Reinhardt, Sven so sollte ich den Namen eingeben falsch ging nicht 30 Minuten später habe ich dann herausgefunden, das ich nur Reinhardt eingeben muss. Die Karte wo für das Zimmer etc. freigeschaltet sein müsste kam raus. 4km später Karte geht nicht, angerufen bei Seeger Living, kann Sie nichts machen ich müsste wieder an den scheiss Automaten also insgesamt 4x4km gefahren plus 2,50€ Parkgebühren das ich endlich dann ins Zimmer konnte. Bett extrem weich für mich viel zu weich da Rückenop, sehr schlechte Qulität der Matratze noch dazu. Die Fassade vom Bett (Rückwand) löst sich auf lauter kleine schwarze Brocken im Bett gehabt. Rauchmelder fehlte, kein Netflix. Handduschhalterung defekt lag teilweise auf dem Boden in der Dusche. Keine Ablage für das Duschzeugs vorhanden, Fenster waren dreckig. Keinen zweiten Check-In Automat an der anderen Unterkunft extrem nervig.

5 Wochen "Wasserschaden-Urlaub"

Das Appartmanthaus ist modern, und unsere Unterkunft war groß genug.

Das Bett! Es ist eine Frechheit in einem Premium Hotel 1,40m-er Bett einzustellen. Angeblich steht es ist in der Beschreibung drin, aber wir haben diese Hinweis nie gefunden. Im Premium Gebäude sind alle Zimmer mit so winzingen Betten ausgestatet. Wir müssten in eine andere Hotel wechseln, um größere Betten bekommen zu können. Das Badezimmer wurde unserer Meinung nicht gründlich gereinigt. Toiletschüssel war massiv verkalkt, und in der Duschkabine trotz dunkele Fließen und Fugen, waren die Schimmelstellen erkennbar. Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden.

Der Balkon war sehr schön. Ausserdem ist die grosse Brause in der Dusche sehr angenehm.

Kein Internet und TV. Der Betreiber bringt es nicht fertig nach mehrmaligem Schreiben sich der Angelegenheit anzunehmen. Da der Vertrag so nicht eingehalten wurde ist trotzdem kein Betrag Rückerstattet worden. Es gibt nur 1 kleines Badetuch für eine Woche. Diverse Pfannen sind in einem elenden Zustand hatte mich nicht getraut damit zu kochen Teflon kommt ja fast zum Vorschein. Die Möbel und Bett sind sehr spärlich und bilig. Beim Bett hatte ich jeden Tag Rückenschmerzen weil es so weich ist. Es gibt keinen normalen Tisch um zu arbeiten. Preis Leistung passt da einfach nicht. Die Wschmaschine läuft nicht mit einem Euro man muss 3 Euro in den Schlitz werfen. Steht auch nirgenswo. Die Zimmerkarte muss in der Stadtmitte abgeholt werden das ist doch nicht kundenfreundlich!
