A nice place at a nice price

I only stayed one night -- needed to meet with a friend from a nearby town who stayed in the adjacent room. The staff is perfect, the location is central, and the room was nice albeit rather small.

Some issues with the outside noise in the morning -- but all in all, it's great value for short stays!

Good location. Very close to a Brauhaus

No separate bathroom/shower. Shower and sink were in the bedroom. Toilet was separate. Toilet on the landing had no lock.

Excellent hotel, right at the center of Karlsruhe!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel! The Receptionists were very helpfull in every request we had! The location is excellent right in the center of the town! 2 minutes walk from the shopping center & the commute was very convenient. The hotel room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel & will definetely re-visit! On arrival we were greeted with a cup of coffee while waiting for our room to get ready. P.S. We arrived earlier than the estimated time and they were so kind to let us in earlier than 15:00 o' clock! Thank you for a great stay!

In the hotel modern IT-technologies are used. Both check-in and check out are available online. The hotel is located in the city center. The client service is also high: I've got a requested invoice for my employer fast and without any problems.

The room, where I stayed, was a bit small. But for the only one night it's OK.

Cute and good for a short stay

While the hotel room is really small, it was so efficiently planned that it was a cozy room for a couple with a small child. Close to city center and eateries. Breakfast also good.

We enjoyed the hotel for the short time we were there. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was nice. The later checkout in comparison from other places was very much appreciated because you don't need to rush in the morning gathering your baggage, etc.

We were surprised and disappointed that we had to pay additionally to use the sauna, one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place, considering that the price was already higher than other hotels, it should've been like an utility you can use in the hotel, like other hotels have pools, fitnes, sauna etc. that you don't have to pay additionally to use . The opening for the garage was too small to fit a normal vehicle, although the staff was very helpful with the parking issue, it took up a lot of time and again we had to pay additionally to the hotel to purchase the ticket permit for the district so we can park

A nice place for a city trip

A location near the schloss. A perfect place for an evening stroll. Easy to reach with S-bahn. Friendly staff. Many shops, cafeterias and restaurants around.

Very uncomfortable pillows. A lot of outside noise throughout the night (cars, partying people, etc.). Fortunately, earplugs provided!

no ac just a fan. room is extremely hot especially in the morning. duvet is really really really thick for a hot summer night… don’t they have those separate for winter and for summer?
