My stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The room was not as clean as expected, and basic amenities like slippers were not provided, even when I asked at the reception. I expected better service and hygiene standards. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

High quality hotel in a pleasant area, easily walkable to park and university. Circular bedroom with fireplace made access to wardrobe through folding door a bit awkward and also the safe hard to reach. Some of the outdoor, very quirky parts of the hotel looked as if they need some renovation, but the indoor public areas and breakfast room were fine. The iron and ironing board were in a seminar room - strange but perfectly workable. Price was very good for this level.

The Hotel is close to the center of the city and it has a very good brewery connected in the same structure, Rooms are clean and very comfortable, some of them are in a separate building with respect to the main services.

This was probably the worst experience in a hotel so far. Water came out of the bathroom into the room. And the hotel manager made me wait 3 weeks before letting me know that he is not going to give me ANY refund for the damaged room. If you want to enjoy your stay, then rather stay away from this hotel.
