Location is perfect, Wifi is very good, breakfast is delicious as usual

Its not my first time in the hotel however this time bed cover was not clean at all with very bad smell ! I tried to leave a piece of paper for the room service to change it however they insisted to keep them dont know why !

Worst pillows ever! One tiny uncomfortable pillow per person didn’t make for a great sleep. Parking over night in the underground carpark was extra charged at a crazy rate of €20,00!

Newly refurbished and good location. Was working on the area and change to this hotel last minute. Amazing newly refurbished room with modern twist.

No iron in room. Had an ironing room which was in ten basement. Very strange set up..

I loved that the rooms are already renovated! (please update photos on booking.com so people see how great is the new design!) Staff was very understanding and patient while I was choosing the room that I like most. They also were ready to provide more coffee (I was at Executive queen room with minibar and coffee machine included) The room was really quiet and I loved the design, bathroom, furniture and how soft were the blankets. Breakfast was also amazing in choice and quality of food offered! Thank you very much it was an amazing stay for me.

Executive rooms are all on 5th floor and they all have green wall. I liked the design with grey wall as in rooms on 4th floor (Standard) more - but I couldn't move there including the coffee machine (as it's only for Executive rooms). That was a bit sad but I chose to stay anyway in my Executive room with green wall and it was fine after all ;) Free Wifi was quite slow, not like in other hotels I stopped in.

Great stay!

The room was big, modern and really clean. It seems to be a recently renovated room. Bed was super comfortable. Pillows are soft. Spacious, pretty shower. Bathroom with big mirror and nice decoration. Quiet room. I really enjoyed my stay here!

it had a new feel and was comfortable and modern

no restaurant or bar or anywhere to get something to eat on arrival (Sunday). Air con is centrally regulated, the room was far too hot to sleep and it was very noisy with the window open. I had a really bad nights sleep and was tired the next day.

Very nice stay, remains on the top list for any future travel to Karlsruhe

For city travel I often book Novotel as I have never been disappointed in the last 20+ years. The same here. Hotel room newly renovated and very nicely done. Breakfast very good standard for Novotel chain, while I have seen better as well. Employees very friendly and attentive, also standard for Novotel. In summary I can highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very close to a metro station (estimate 100m from Hotel entrance) with only 2 stops to city center. So that access to the city center or any other part is really easy from here.

If at all I would have something negative to say it would be about the restaurant, which in my opinion was behind Novotel standards I experienced in other hotels, including service. But this is complaining at high level, do not understand that the restaurant was bad or even "only" not good, just not as good as I am used in this hotel chain.

I asked for full bed or king bed but I got a room with 2 separate beds but they were pushed together no conditioner shampoo is available the closet in the room is open design style
