Friendly and comfortable

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. It's rare to be in a hotel with a comfortable bed and cushions, so this was a huge plus. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety.

Perfectly Perfect

This property simply met ALL my SEVEN criteria for a superior accommodation I am always looking for: BB-CC-KAQ: Big Bed - Central, Clean - Kind, Affordable, Quiet. Thus, maximum ten points to Leonardo.

Very good hotel

Nice hotel. Clean. Very friendly staff. They have complied very good with our wishes regarding our room (we asked for a room at the back side, that is the most quiet, because we like to sleep with open window). The food in the evening ("small diner menu") was ok but bit overpriced. The breakfast however was fantastic. Our car could be parked right in front of the hotel. All in all we were very happy to stay here. Recommended.

Not as good as the last time I stayed.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There was no noisy extractor fan.

Room was small. Sink was cracked and the tap bounced water at you so that your chest got wet when you turned it on. The water wasn't replaced. Only one bottle for two days, nor was the coffee, only two tubes of instant coffee and two tubes of creamer for two days.

Room on the 10th floor, elevator available up to the 9th only. Despite the large empty back parking, I had to park outside because the front parking was full and the back one is reserved for the staff.

Overall it was pleasant

Nice rooms, nice supportive receptionists and food. Location is good as well for connectivity with trams and is near the railway station.

One Water bottle was free but there was no bottle opener in the room. Also the cleaning staff didn't provide a new one the next day. Also a half used body wash tube was kept instead of an unused one.

Overly priced for a low quality hotel and matching service.

location was great

Unlike the clever photography online, the rooms feel like they were built in the 80s. In our room the curtain rail was broken, meaning the curtains didn’t close properly. The tap was leaky, so was the shower screen, and the shower head fixing did not hold up the shower head. Our “free” bottle of water was an empty bottle. On top of that, the free parking is very limited, and the staff were very rude in explaining that.

Good value for money but dated amenities

I enjoyed the bed, I found it comfortable and some extras like a bottle of free water in the room, prosecco on arrival and a coffee self-serving station in the morning. Also the reception staff was very pleasant.

I think the amenities are a bit dated. The tiles in the bathroom had some breaks and the door was also quite used. I would have preferred a room without carpet.

Location is good for traveling by car. Very friendly receptionist. Choice of warm breakfast varieties is a bonus!

Parking upon late arrival can be a problem. If free parking is full then city parking underground is charged 15€ by the city.

We would definitely return for the standards, breakfast, staff atmosphere.

Room was a decent size, plenty of light, bathroom fine, everything very clean. The location was ideal for us as it is between the main station and the city centre, with a busy tram stop just outside, quiet area with the unusual city centre zoo across the road! Breakfast was excellent with a very wide variety of hot and cold food, breads, eggs, bacon, cereals, nuts, meats and milks. Also the hotel had a manager/barman whose outgoing and humorous personality added to the character of the hotel and meant we spent more time in the bar than expected!

Sadly the restaurant was shut in the evenings owing to staff shortages. the staff gave us directions to a good traditional neighbourhood brauhaus (nice export) and a posh italian restaurant- very special food. (both were very good)
