steal money and do nothing

This hotel is simply NOT trustworthy. This is the second time in a row I've found a closed door. I politely informed them I'd arrive after midnight, and that wouldn't be a problem... but it wasn't! I didn't get any information on how to get into the hotel, so I literally found myself standing in front of a closed door. So I was allowed to drive on and sleep in my car, arriving at my client's house the next day unwashed. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! I sent numerous emails to the hotel and received no response. I even asked to see the camera images of me standing at the door, but no way, that was too much trouble for this hotel. Never again! Booking.com is also completely disregarding this, so just don't book this place!

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious, nice bathroom

Parking not included in room price - extra €9! Room was described as soundproof but all noise from floor above and below was coming through. Not working ventilation even set up 18 deg I had to open the window because there was 23 deg inside at night. No shower gel or soap in bathroom. Broken all coffee machines in breakfast section only coffee machine behind the bar was in use with a long queue.

A bit complicated check-in processes. I booked 3 rooms and couldn't collect them altogether at once and pay for them. We had to split the reservation between me and my family and pay for each room separately.

It was a really nice hotel. Plus points: - good shower - comfortable bed - nice and clean rooms - decent breakfast - plenty of free parking space incl. charging for electric cars

Comparing to other hotels, which are super ugly and super expensive this hotel is a diamond. It looks new, clean, simple. It's a decent hotel! We were searching for a more countryside like place, but couldn't find one, so this one was OK for us (but didn't meet the needs of being away from the city and enjoying the nature ;)).

Great hotel for a short stay

Perfect for a short stay (we were heading back home), added this to my favourites due to the good location. Breakfast is very good too. Everything looks/feels new and fresh.

Check in took a bit long due to slow IT system and the poor receptionist also had to do the bar at the same time, just a small thing nothing to worry about though.

Good and suited our needs for why we were travelling.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating to try and help us.

There were a couple of events going on in the area which meant the only ‘local’ restaurant (400m away) was fully booked both nights (book ahead if you want a reservation). The local pizza place wanted 30 EUR to deliver which was more than the cost of the pizza..! The city centre is only a 25 min tram journey, however we weren’t feeling like going into town so unfortunately had to opt for a supermarket meal of ham and cheese sandwiches both nights. Perhaps it would be good if the hotel could do a delivery deal with the pizza place as there is no restaurant at the hotel? Suggestion; it would be good if there was an English movie channel available on the TV. I don’t travel to watch TV, but as the hotel doesn’t have any other entertainment in or around it, when we did have the TV on, there were only news channels in English.

It's a walking distance from conference halls, that's the reason we took it. Comfortable. Big and nice lobby.

It's far from everything else other than the conference halls, so I don't advise staying in other than this reason. No closets at all. No fridge. No case.

The people there are very helpful, very clean, parking right in front of the hotel, very comfortable bed, quiet area, spacious room

The SmatTV could not be connected to the laptop and, not being a German speaker, the TV in the room did not help me. The water from the shower did not drain completly in the right direction and got into the bathroom on the floor.

Pleasant

The staff was always available. Room was clean. Location was easily accessible via tram/car. There was a Rewe opposite to the hotel, which was really nice.

It would be good if the hotel provides at least a bottle of water as complimentary. Also, it would be good if they keep some plates and glasses i the room. Also, the tea bags/ coffee powder/kettle were missing. Telephone was missing. We had to go to reception to talk with the staff.

This hotel is not comfortable to stay

Friendly staff

The room was cold. 19 degrees. We came to the exhibition with a small kitten. It was a refrigerator that heated the room to 21 degrees overnight. and it's also cold. There was no glass in the room to drink water, there was nothing in the shower except shampoos under the ceiling. And only 3 hangers. Nowhere to hang clothes. nowhere to put the suitcase. It's like a hotel overnight. This is 1 star. Also, the room was poorly cleaned and my kitten collected all the dust and crumbs under the sink and under the table. Breakfast for 14 euros was modest. there was nothing to eat. Constantly running out of omelet and meat. the waiters couldn't bring it. There was also no fruit they had eaten in the morning. and who came at 8 am found nothing. The price of the hotel does not correspond to its stars and standard. It's like sleeping in a garage outside. Parking problem. she just doesn't exist. To park the car you need to walk 1 km. Therefore, I do not understand the good reviews about this hotel.

Breakfast like in a 4 star hotel for a price of a 3 star hotel. Big choice. Machine for pancakes makes the kids happy. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Everything for perfect. Excellent value for money.
