Good hotel for a great price

Nice, spacious and clean rooms. The included minibar is a nice touch, as well as the gummy bears on the pillow. The breakfast buffet is amazing, inexpensive to book but a lot of tasty options. The breakfast buffet can compete 4* hotels which are way more expensive. The hotel has it's own underground parking garage.

The attitude of the female receptionist at check-in, she wasn't welcoming or pleasant, more annoyed and/or bored. Luckily the male receptionist at check-out was very friendly and warm. The hotel room was pretty warm. The room did have an airco, which helped a bit, but nonetheless I woke up in the middle of the night due to the warmth.

Hotel nice, Secure car park great

Hotel was clean and rooms a good size. Shower very good. (A bit small cubicle) Underground carpark was a godsend. Very secure. This was one of the reasons we stayed here. (Mind it's a bit tight in and out if you have a larger car) We found a nice little cafe/bar called Moser just opposite the hotel and the lady running it was very lovely and friendly. Also big Rewes supermarket meant we could stock up on food before we continued our road trip

Location just away from main city centre but next door to a busy, noisy night club. (You get earplugs provided in room 😏) As usual with a lot of hotels we visit, pillows very thin so I had to use my own that we had took in car

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of possibility and really good tastes.

Overall a good stay

I chose this hotel as close to the central commercial street. The room and hotel amenities are basic but they have excellent breakfast.

Only one black spot in my overall smooth stay there. Upon arrival they couldn't find my reservation. That was the first time happening to me for a reservation booked through booking.com.

Wonderful stay and great breakfast close to the heart of Karlsruhe

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely visit again. Muy colleague was also thrilled. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location close to the center of Karlsruhe is great. The parking garage was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

Good value for a good location

Good value for a good location close to the city center and a local transportation hub. Breakfast is great, the rooms are nicely renovated, and in the hot summer days, the AC is a definitive bonus!

The bathroom is on the small side, though for a single person it works without a problem. It could have been a little cleaner.

The AC helped a bunch. We've been here for GPN, and as usual, it was really hot outside. The TV's HDMI input port is accessible via a socket in the wall.
