I don't understand how a four star hotel can be so uncomfortable. I think the price is too high for such service.

I liked the room, comfortable and large, with a kitchen, quite clean, quite quiet, had everything you need. Parking available, good location of the hotel

Disadvantages: when I arrived in the evening to check in, no one met me at the reception, no one answered the phone call. I waited for the receptionist for 20 minutes upon arrival near the reception with a child in my arms. I didn't like the cramped and inconvenient parking, there was no elevator from the parking lot, although I had to go 2 floors, with things and a stroller . The receptionist, who helped carry the stroller from the parking lot, lost her things, they fell on the floor, milk and bottles were spilled. The receptionist directed me to the fourth floor, although in fact my room was on the first floor. There was a broken baby bed in the room, which had to be leaned against the wall so that the child wouldn't fall off it. The carpet in the room looked terribly old and worn with stains from time.

Very good experience for us and the dog

We have a dog and the hotel was very dog-friendly, with treats and a well-situated room i.e. not next to a stair well or busy areas. All very clean and friendly. Good breakfast too.

Good location in town, but the cleaning was not well made, and there was no A / C.

The hotel is in a good location in town, near the train station and not far from the museum to the west. The breakfast is correct. And it is quite cheap.

Some things in my room were dirty : the toilets have not been cleaned, and I've seen some brown dripping on the door. My room had not A /C and it was facing south, it was too hot in there. And finally some other client were talking until late at night and I heard them well.

Decent hotel to stay in for 1 night. Should be modernized.

Great location. I asked for a bathtub and got upgraded to a bigger room, which was super nice. Big bed.

Bathroom a bit outdated, with scary radiators. Not sure it should be a 4 star, the ones I've stayed at had a higher standard.

Great!

Awesome location, next to the train station and town center. The room is large, with good shower. Open 24h, it was important since we arrived for check in at 4am. The bed is amazing, best I experienced in many travels. I recommend.

The room has no air conditioning, but we knew it before reservation. For hot days (was 33°C) we had to sleep with the windows open and ventilator. But it was fine for us.

Modern and relaxing place!

Amazing modern room! Unexpectedly big both the room and the bathroom! Very clean with a good light inside. There's a fridge in the room. Great tasty breakfast with relaxing breakfast zone. Very fast check-in and check-out. Perfect location, not far from the central station, around 10mins walking past the Zoo.

The cabinet that the fridge is in doesn't allow it to cool off. The fridge was over heating so much that it was barely able to cool the contents. Plus, it was creating so much heat The room needed extra cooling. When the door to the cabinet was left open, the refrigerator was able to cool off, stay functioning again and the desk and room wasn't hot anymore

Great city break and I had found myself with lots to do.

The hotel was clean,it was peaceful and I could rest.The location for me was also amazing you could walk to nearly landmark here.The ZKM,Zoo,Center and train station were all an scenic view.

Over priced, rubbish 2 nights of sleep due to noisy device in hotel room

Location, clean

Made several complaints about a noisy device going off in the room at 3am, staff did nothing, didn't even apologise. Two lousy nights of disrupted sleep. Bathroom part of the bedroom, bit weird. Over priced, much better hotels for less in the area. Terrible and over priced breakfast
