Location with its closeness to the highway is super convenient, and they have a nice restaurant for dinner after a long drive.

Perfect if passing through Karlsruhe

Only a few steps from the train station, friendly helpful staff. Renovated old building with high ceilings. Tea/coffee making facilities. Warm and comfortable room, nice bathroom Cosy bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Very minor: shower pressure was a bit low. Only one tea-bag provided!

The cleanliness was perplexing. Everything seemed spotless except the bathroom floor which had lots of hair on it. I think maybe someone got called away and forgot to do the floor. I would have told staff and asked them to clean it but they were super busy with some sort of conference taking over the restaurant so I left it.

Everything went well, the staff were friendly, clean and warm room, hotel is right in front of the main train station so you can reach any point of the city with tram or a short walk if you prefer.

Good place to start in Karlsruhe

It was very convenient, being right in front of the station. The meals provided by the restaurant were delicious, and I was able to relax and enjoy myself.

It was a shame that there was no air conditioning as it was very hot. Also the room could have done with a spring clean as there was cobwebs and dust.

It’s close to central station and the Zoo. The kids loved our room. The room was cleaned every day.

There’s a kitchen, so that we can cook for our children, unfortunately it did not provide basic needs such as salt and pepper. There’s no knife or scissors, only knives for the bread. The internet was quite slow at the upper room.

Room wasn’t really clean, old furniture and the bed was falling apart, breakfast was good, but their dishwasher seemed to not function well and you had to search for a clean plate

I got an upgrade for the same price because the employer was not able to book the right room

It was very hot because the windows were open and the sun was inside the room and no cooler is available so I needed to get out and come back the evening and because my room was in the second floor, the wifi was partially available in the room and because of the street public work, it was noisy in the morning

A lovely corner room, large and facing the park. The prettiest I have had so far! Plenty of daylight through large windows, birds singing, no traffic.

Nice and peaceful stay if you plan to use the Public transport!

Perfect location, just opposite to the main Train station and also the tram and Bus stops are just in front. So all in all a nice location if you plan to use the public transport. You get most of all you need for your stay, the Apartment is quite big and also clean and tidy. easy access & quite nicely organized. I liked it, will choose again if I need to stay in the locality. Friendly staff and a nice Restaurant in ground floor.

The Wifi was really on/off was not able to get a stable connection through out my stay. Also no parking place available, was not a problem for me as I used the public transport. Scope for improvement, my suggestions : - improve the Kitchen items like knives and general kitchen utensils, definitely the guys/gals who plan to cook will appreciate it. - Table and chair for the guys/gals who plan to come in and stay for work.

the staff was very welcoming and helpful. the place was clean.

It is opposite to the central station, so there is a lot of noise in the street until late at night. They were showing a football match in the restaurant so it was hard to find a place to sit and the other guests were very aggressiv and threatened us with getting beaten up if we sit at the table where the waiter asked us to sit on. It was very scary and unpleasant.

Location, in front of the station, perfect for late/early arrival/departure by train.

I suspected some previous guest vomited in the room, strange smell and strong room fragrance, stains on carpet. Worn-out, faded towel, dirty blanket. Mirrors were not clean…
