Unfortunately, the air conditioning control was not in the room, nor was the central air conditioning system control working, for this reason the stay was not the best as it was very hot in the room, the water pressure was weak and the shower was a negative point.

I wanted to book online with a discount at hotels reception and it disappeared from the website just after i spoke with receptionist. Also the rooms were very dusty.

Very convenient for the train station. Small rooms, but immaculately clean. Perfect for a night. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. The area was central to my needs, get out on the motorway quickly next morning.

That it was nowhere to park for registration and information where your promised parking place was! This is a big problem all over Europe and should be addressed by the provider of the accommodation.

Convenient location by the autobahn. Family room was great and served our needs well. Bright and clean.

The only negative was that the shower didn't drain well soon we ended up unblocking the drain ourselves.

A really great place to stay for travellers.

The rooms are quiet, although a little small for our expectations. The rooms were made up daily. Towels are restocked on a daily basis. The pin-based entry and remote check-in are a definite plus. The biggest advantage is they do not charge for the parking which is a covered parking area. The access to and from the city to the hotel is also great, even if you are using the tram or ICE. both the stations are just 5 minute's walk away.

The breakfast would have had a better spread. They charge you only Euro 10.5 per person, which is a lot less than other similar hotels, but there is still room for improvement.

A new, clean and comfortable budget hotel with easy access by car (good garage beneath the hotel) and convenient for an overnight stop. A short, easy walk into the city or to access the metro system.

In the middle of the night we needed a hotel to stay and did our reservation online, walked to the hotel, checked jn contactless using an iPad interface at the door, slept in, woke up and left. was so easy and practical. comfy bed and clean bathroom

Pleasant stay.

Location is very good, clean and spacious hotel. Good parking garage. Easy access to motorway and close to city centre.

The garage entry was too small for tall SUVs or cars w roofboxes (like we had). Thus we couldn’t use the garage and had to park outside.

Amazing equipted hotel with everything you need!

Super breakfirst and swimming pool! Staff are very friendly with all requests. Room is much bigger than I expected and the location is perfect with just a 3 mins walk to both central station and cable car station

Superb

We arrived by car, which was very easy since the hotel is at the edge of the city close to the highway. The location is also very close to the main station, so it is very easy to travel in the city with the tram. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds very comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly. The parking garage was right under the hotel and easily accessible.

The intended parking spots inside the parking garage were full, so some cars were parked on the driving lanes, not the parking spots, which we had to do as well. Fortunately this didn't cause any problems maneuvering inside the garage and was only a slight inconvenience.
