Breakfast was good! Construction nearby was loud and they start early around 7:30 am Overall the room was ok Room was not cleaned every day! They changed the towels!

They didn’t clean often and toilet paper was missing sometimes , they didn’t empty the garbage containers in the kitchen n bathroom

Location is close to city centre, just 2 stops via tram, 10-15mins walking. Nearby Penny supermarket is a plus especially so if u booked an apartment as it is well equipped with cooking appliances.

Our six-night stay at the "ANA Living Karlsruhe by Arthotel ANA" in Karlsruhe was highly satisfactory. Initially we were concerned about the location of the "Ana Living Karlsruhe" because it is not very near to any place of interest, aside from the Kongresszentrum. But then we realized that the "Ana Living Karlsruhe" is, in essence, in the center of everything. Indeed, from the Ana Living Karlsruhe we could walk: to the northeast to reach the large Staatstheater complex and the huge and animated Ettlinger Tor shopping center; to the north to the palace with its large park; to the northwest to the Europaplatz area; to the west to the fabulous ZKM; to the southwest to the Albtal Bahnhof; to the south to the Hauptbahnhof; and to the southeast to the Zoo. Another nice surprise was that our recently built studio apartment faced on to a mini forest so that we could enjoy the benefits of an urban location without looking out on cement walls or streets. Moreover, our studio was quiet, and even when the outdoor temperature rose to 37°, the air conditioner remained quiet and effective. The power Rollläden closed very well -- important in early July when it's daylight at 5:00 AM. The kitchen of the apartment was well equipped with all the necessities for light meals. Moreover, the apartment was relatively spacious and attractive, thanks in part to its restrained modern design. The bed was excellent as was the modern glass shower enclosure. The WiFi worked very well. The Ana Living Karlsruhe is linked to the "Arthotel ANA Eden Karlsruhe", and it benefits accordingly from several services typically provided by hotels: in the first place our apartment was nicely serviced daily, and damp towels were replaced; hot coffee was available throughout the day; and the front desk of the hotel was open long hours, facilitating checking-in and checking-out.

The bathroom is nicely designed and equipped, but it lacks towel bars - a minor shortcoming. Another minor shortcoming is a modest shortage of easily accessed electrical sockets.

We had contacted them about bike hire for the Saturday but they had overbooked when we went to collect them.

Was a large room with kitchen facilities, loved the ability to control the temperature, and the bathroom was big and modern. The black out shutters and the large and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep.

I stayed in the apartment just a few hours, but I can say, that the interiors are really nice, bed is super comfortable and the place is very clean. Staff is very nice. I can definitely recommend it.

Asked for the room not to be cleaned, to preserve the planet (short stay), was given a drink voucher to reward me for my effort for the environment, but then the room was cleaned anyway.....

From check-in to check-out, the staff were so helpful and present. The room was made up every day, no matter what time we left. There was always someone at the front desk to give a recommendation or lend an umbrella. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Zoo, walkable from the main train station, close to a light rail stop. Quiet, Casual Comfort. When we return to beautiful Karlsruhe, we will stay with ANA.

Good location and comfortable bed

I have stayed in the place for 28 nights. Some staff were rude. The cleaning process is not hygienic by the house keeper. The staff don't understand English much. Not many vegan options in breakfast.

very shabby hotel and stuffy are not trained professionally I extended my stay and went to renew the key it would be welcomed in any other hotel but the receptionist start with giving orders “you should tell us early “ “oh, how could your hotel is so good ?” it is a German culture to organize everything and everyone ? funny

Had a wonderful one months stay with my mother, Highly recommend ANA living Karlsruhe by Arthotel ANA. Lovely breakfast spread with a good assortment of cold cuts, cheese and more. Apartment was spacious ,clean with a nice kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff.. Special thank you to Katerina & Dominik who were really helpful & sorted out airport transfers for us

Room was spacious and comfortable. Located near to the tram stop. Good staffs and it was clean.

The breakfast could be more vegan friendly. Cooked breakfasts are only eggs and meat. The utensils could be more in the kitchen too.

The co work wait me until 9 pm to help me check in.
