One of the best experiences I have had.

The hotel was easy to find and get to. Outside secure parking, easy entry and exit. The Hotel is exceptionally tidy and clean with fantastic decor. The Host at the entrance was professional and polite. The rooms are just perfect, everything you may need and more. The restaurant food was absolutely a treat to savor, the waiters and waitresses were kind professional and very helpful. Breakfast was a treat, to suit all tastes. Check out quick and easy, this is a high end establishment, I recommend it.

A nightmare hotel

The nightmare starts when we 01:50 enters the hotel to check in and the only answer we get is “the hotel is fully booked” not a single message before we arrive, not a single EXCUSE or a solution for us to sleep somewhere else. We have paid for our three rooms, how can the hotel be fully booked with not a single solution for us the get a room elsewhere either. Haven't got our money back either..

Super practical business hotel close to the motorway

We got this hotel as we needed a place to be able to set a home office day in a long trip. The WiFi is strong enough to have teleconference. Rooms are spacious enough for two people working and they have complementary coffee and tea. It's possible to work up to the end of the breakfast time in the room and then the common area has a good place to keep working.

The area is not nice, this is a business place.

Enjoyable stay after a long day driving.

Location, very close to motorway. Great stop off on our journey. Travelling with our dog as no problem, staff were very helpful. Hotel only 10 minutes away from lovely beer garden and great walk.

Hotel location was good, room size, facilities & cleanliness are top notch. Breakfast is ok but if they could provide more and different options every day would have been better.

Nothing specific. They have only one parking lot for electric charging option. We didn't face any issue as it was always free when we wanted to charge our car. But in future may be they can add more parking slots with electric charge option.

Looks good in pictures and the reception looks good as well. The rooms needs to be refreshed.

Bad smell in the room, wifi didn’t worked at all, very expensive parking for Ettlingen not Karlsruhe (17 euro for a night, if you do not ask at the reception you pay 17 euro otherwise they charge you 10 euros, when the parking place is half empty), fridge did not worked (the water after 1 night was almost at room temperature). Very disappointed because they did not found a room nearby the elevator for someone with crutches. You want much more from a 4 star hotel no matter the price.

everything is top it was a great stay . very happy from the location and other services

actually when i book my room it will show me with car parking but when i go there and thy told me extra pay for car parking 10 € i think its ok no problem. but next day in check out they charge 17 € for one night car parking which is unacceptable, they must clear the Coustomers regarding car parking rules

they charged me for two breakfast and I raised this with the staff on duty who were unable to refund me at time but would do so the following Monday. No refund was sent. they also gave me a room which was already being used by another guest!

Superb

I stayed one night for my two-day travel back from Italy to the Netherlands. It is located very close to the highway exit, so it is excellent located for a stop during a long travel. Very nice rooms with large and well equipped bathroom. All furniture is new, cousy environment, comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very good with many choices for food.
