Good for location however the toilet issue is very concerning.

I liked the location. It was very close to everything I needed and wanted to see during my stay.

The toilets did not flush properly and I alerted the staff however this issue was not fixed and can maybe explain why the hallways smelt so bad. The tap and heaters were leaking liquid also.

No frills stay in affordable ungentrified old building.

Nice bathroom. Very good shower. Cool historic balcony on street side. Big room Tall ceiling.

Fine if you’re in town for the Stadt Theater, otherwise you can do better @ this price.

Good value breakfast. It’s directly opposite the Stadt Theater.

Room key did not work. No fault of reception staff - but you really should have a situation with a guest running up & down the stairs having been loaned the master key!! The charming staff & the good value breakfast sorted of compensated! I’ve stayed here numerous times because it’s next to the opera - but the rooms are very tired indeed - not even a water glass!! & given the level of facilities it no longer represents value for your €€s.

Bedbugs

Bed bugs on my bed, full house so couldn’t get a new room, still no money back from the owner of the place (already 8 days have passed). Very bad experience. At least the stuff was kind and understanding.

Great location in city centre. Hotel has a convivial old world feel about it.

Was too hot and could not turn off radiator. Found a pair of socks from last customer on the radiator (otherwise the hotel was very clean) Off street parking is charged at an additional €10 per night(cash only). Hotel owner blocked my car to ensure I paid.
